| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pengaruh Pemberian Temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) dan Bratawali (Tinospora cordifolia) dalam Pakan terhadap Persentase Bobot Hati dan Ginjal Ayam Broiler. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan temulawak dan bratawali terhadap persentase bobot hati dan ginjal ayam broiler, menganalisis dosis temulawak dan bratawali yang optimal terhadap persentase bobot hati dan ginjal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Experimental farm dan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto pada tanggal 26 Maret 2023 sampai 15 Mei 2023. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji homogenitas, uji analisis variansi dan uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil rataan bobot persentase hati yaitu 2,33%-2,99%. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pemberian temulawak dan bratawali pada pakan ayam broiler berbeda nyata terhadap persentase bobot hati atau nilai P (0,03) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (P<0,05). Berdasarkan Uji Lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) menunjukan bahwa perlakuan dari P2, P3, P4, P5, dan P6 berbeda nyata dengan P1. Hasil rataan bobot ginjal yaitu 0,64%-0,71%. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pemberian temulawak dan bratawali pada pakan ayam broiler tidak berbeda nyata terhadap persentase bobot hati atau nilai P (0,722) lebih besar dari 0,05 (P>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pemberian temulawak 2% dan bratawali 1% baik digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan kerja hati, namun tidak pengaruh terhadap persentase ginjal ayam broiler. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Effect of Giving Curcuma xanthorrhiza and Tinospora cordifolia in Feed on Percentage of Liver and Kidney Weight of Broiler Chickens. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Curcuma xanthorrhiza and Tinospora cordifolia feeding on the percentage of liver and kidney weight of broiler chickens, to analyze the optimal dose of Curcuma xanthorrhiza and Tinospora cordifolia on the percentage of liver and kidney weight. This research was carried out at the Experimental farm and at the Laboratory of Animal Health, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University on March 26 2023 to May 15 2023. The research design used was RAL (Completely Randomized Design) which consisted of 6 treatments and 4 replications. The variables observed were liver and kidney weight percentages of broiler chickens. Research data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, homogeneity test, variance analysis test and the the follow-up test used was was the Tuckey Analyze Test. The average result of liver percentage weight is 2.33%-2.99%. The results of the variance analysis showed that the effect of giving Curcuma xanthorrhiza and Tinospora cordifolia on broiler chicken feed was significantly different from the percentage of liver weight or P value (0.03) smaller than 0.05 (P<0.05). Based on the Tuckey Analyze Test shows that the treatment of P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6 is significantly different from P1. This study can be concluded that giving Curcuma xanthorrhiza 2% and Tinospora cordifolia 1% is good for optimizing liver work, but does not affect the percentage of broiler chicken kidneys. |
