Indonesia) | Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah kejadian yang melibatkan kendaraan bermotor yang bertabrakan dengan benda lain ataupun kendaraan bermotor lainnya yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan. Salah satu cedera tersering akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah luka trauma dan luka trauma yang sering terjadi pada korban kecelakaan ialah luka terbuka, sehingga teknik jahit luka cukup efektif untuk menghentikan perdarahan. Teknik simple interrupted suture merupakan salah satu teknik jahit luka yang bertujuan untuk menghentikan perdarahan dengan cara teknik jahit satu per satu dengan harapan dapat secara cepat menghentikan perdarahan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melaporkan hasil penerapan teknik simple interrupted suture untuk menghentikan perdarahan pasien post-kecelakaan lalu lintas. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan implementasi teknik jahit luka dengan simple interrupted suture diberikan kepada 3 pasien post-kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan luka robek (Vulnus laceratum). Tempat penelitian ini berada di IGD RSUD dr. Margono Soekarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat perdarahan menurun sebesar 3 tingkat atau sebesar 60%. Intervensi penutupan luka dengan teknik jahit (hecting) menggunakan teknik simple interrupted suture terbukti dapat menutup luka dan dapat menghentikan perdarahan. Teknik ini dapat dilakukan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat manapun dengan pasien yang mengalami luka robek atau Vulnus laceratum. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Traffic accidents are incidents involving a motor vehicle that collides with other objects or other motor vehicles that can cause damage. One of the most common injuries due to traffic accidents is traumatic injuries and traumatic injuries that often occur in accident victims are open wounds, so the wound suture technique is quite effective in stopping bleeding. The simple interrupted suture technique is a wound suturing technique that aims to stop bleeding by means of sewing techniques one by one in the hope of stopping the bleeding quickly. The purpose of this study is to report the results of applying the simple interrupted suture technique to stop bleeding in post-traffic accident patients. The method of this research is a case study with the implementation of wound suture techniques with simple interrupted sutures given to 3 post-traffic accident patients with torn wounds (Vulnus laceratum). The place of this research is in the emergency room of RSUD dr. Margono Soekarjo. The results showed that the bleeding rate decreased by 3 levels or by 60%. Intervention of wound closure using a sewing technique (hecting) using the simple interrupted suture technique is proven to be able to close the wound and stop bleeding. This technique can be performed in any Emergency Room with patients who have lacerations or Vulnus laceratum. |
