| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki salah satu komoditas unggulan yaitu perkebunan kelapa. Salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi sentra industri gula kelapa adalah Kecamatan Cilongok. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah produksi yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan daerah lainnya. Industri gula kelapa mampu menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Namun, jumlah produksi masing-masing pengrajin berbeda-beda. Sementara itu, pengrajin menggantungkan kehidupan sehari-hari dengan memproduksi gula kelapa. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Kelembagaan Kelompok Tani terhadap Produksi Gula Kelapa di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kelembagaan kelompok tani, modal, jumlah pohon, dan teknologi terhadap produksi gula kelapa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Modal dan jumlah pohon berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produksi gula kelapa, 2) Keanggotaan kelompok tani dan teknologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi gula kelapa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan produksi gula kelapa, maka peran kelompok tani perlu ditingkatkan sehingga pengrajin termotivasi untuk meningkatkan produksi gula kelapa. Disamping itu, pengrajin perlu menerapkan informasi yang diperoleh dari kelompok tani. Peran lembaga keuangan maupun koperasi diperlukan sehingga pengrajin tidak hanya terikat dengan pinjaman yang diberikan oleh pengepul. Peran pemerintah juga diperlukan dalam memberikan dukungan berupa teknologi untuk memperlancar proses produksi gula kelapa. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Banyumas Regency has one of the leading commodities, namely coconut plantations. One of the districts in Banyumas Regency which is the center of the coconut sugar industry is Cilongok District. This is indicated by the higher production volume when compared to other regions. The coconut sugar industry is able to absorb a large number of workers. However, the amount of production of each craftsman is different. Meanwhile, the craftsmen depend on their daily life by producing coconut sugar. Therefore, it is necessary to do research with the title "Analysis of the Institutional Influence of Farmer Groups on Coconut Sugar Production in Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency." The purpose of this study was to analyze the institutional influence of farmer groups, capital, number of trees, and technology on coconut sugar production. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Capital and the number of trees have a significant positive effect on coconut sugar production, 2) Farmer group membership and technology have no significant effect on coconut sugar production. The implication of this research is that to increase coconut sugar production, the role of farmer groups needs to be increased so that craftsmen are motivated to increase coconut sugar production. In addition, craftsmen need to apply the information obtained from farmer groups. The role of financial institutions and cooperatives is needed so that craftsmen are not only bound by loans provided by collectors. The government's role is also needed in providing support in the form of technology to expedite the coconut sugar production process. |
