| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Padi Inpago Unsoed 1 merupakan hasil invensi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang menjadi solusi atas masalah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan potensi lahan kering sehingga menghasilkan padi dengan kualitas dan produktifitas yang sama baiknya dengan padi sawah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis risiko komersialisasi teknologi Padi “Inpago Unsoed 1”, (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis harga lisensi teknologi dalam komersialisasi Padi “Inpago Unsoed 1”, (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor internal Padi “Inpago Unsoed 1”, (4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal Padi “Inpago Unsoed 1”, (5) Mengetahui dan menganalisis alternatif strategi pengembangan Padi “Inpago Unsoed 1”.Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus dengan penentuan responden secara purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah disounted cash flow, OWA-Operator, analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, analisis SWOT, dan analisis QSPM. Hasil analisis penelitian ini yaitu (1) Padi Inpago Unsoed 1 termasuk pada teknologi dengan risiko moderate risk (2) Harga lisensi teknologi Padi Inpago Unsoed 1 sebesar Rp86.535.711.815,00. (3) Analisis lingkungan internal terdapat 5 kekuatan dan kelemahan. (4) Analisis lingkungan eksternal terdapat 5 peluang dan ancaman. (5) Alternatif strategi terbaik pengembangan padi Inpago Unsoed 1, antara lain meningkatkan promosi Padi Inpago Unsoed 1, mendaftarkan pada e-katalog kementerian pertanian, melakukan penyuluhan baik secara konvensional melalui media sosial kepada petani. |

Inggris) | Padi Inpago Unsoed 1 is the result of an invention by Jenderal Soedirman University that is a solution to this problem by utilizing the potential of dry land to produce rice with the same quality and productivity as lowland rice. The aims of this study were (1) to know and analyze the risks of the commercialization of rice technology "Inpago Unsoed 1", (2) to know and analyze the price of technology licenses in the commercialization of rice "Inpago Unsoed 1", (3) to know and analyze the internal factors of rice "Inpago Unsoed 1", (4) to know and analyze the external factors of rice "Inpago Unsoed 1", and (5) to know and analyze alternative rice development strategies "Inpago Unsoed”. The research was conducted using the case study method by determining respondents through purposive sampling. The data analysis used is discounted cash flow, OWA-Operator, internal and external environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The results of the analysis of this study are: (1) Inpago Unsoed 1 is included in technology with moderate risk. (2) The license price for Inpago Unsoed 1 technology is IDR 86,535,711,815.00. (3) The internal environment analysis has five strengths and weaknesses. (4) In the analysis of the external environment, there are five opportunities and five threats. (5) The best alternative strategy for developing Inpago Unsoed 1 rice is increasing the promotion, registering in the e-catalog of the ministry of agriculture, and conducting both conventional and social media counseling with farmers. |
