Soeparno Karangwangkal Purwokerto 53123 Gedung B Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Ilmu-Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Telp. 081344810877 Email: veroro0829@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu dari 10 penyakit yang menyebabkan perhatian terbesar di dunia. Pengobatan tuberkulosis menjadi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat bagi pemerinta dimana ada kegagalan dalam program tuberkulosis yang masih kurangnya komitmen pelaksana pelayanan, pengambilan kebijakan dan pengadaan untuk operasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan pengobatan tuberkulosis di Puskesmas di Indonesia berdasarkan kajian literature reivew. Metodologi: Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review. Database yang digunakan yaitu google Scholar dan Pubmed. Kata kunci menggunakan google Scholar yaitu Implementasi kebijakan pengobatan TB di puskesmas di Indonesia sedangkan kata kunci Pubmed adalah Tuberculosis treatment policy. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan kriteria inklusi database maka diperoleh sebanyak 7 artikel ilmiah yang meneliti mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan tuberkulosi di puskesmas di Indonesia yang selanjutnya 7 artikel tersebut dilakukan review. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil telaah dari 7 artikel ditemukan bahwa suatu keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan tuberkulosis dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya, komunikasi, struktur birokrasi, dan disposisi. Namun, terdapat faktor lain yang turut berkontribusi dalam keberhasilan suatu implementasi yaitu dukungan dari lingkungan eksternal salah satunya adalah partisipasi masyarakat dalam penanggulangan tuberkulosis. Tuberculosis treatment is a public health challenge for the government where there are failures in the tuberculosis program that still lack commitment of service implementers, policy making and procurement for operations. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing the implementation of tuberculosis treatment policy in health centers in Indonesia based on literature review. Methodology: The method used was literature review. The databases used were Google Scholar and Pubmed. The keyword using Google Scholar is TB treatment policy implementation in health centers in Indonesia while the Pubmed keyword is Tuberculosis treatment policy. Research Results: Based on the database inclusion criteria, 7 scientific articles were obtained that examined the factors influencing the implementation of tuberculosis policies at health centers in Indonesia, and then the 7 articles were reviewed. Conclusion: Based on the review of 7 articles, it was found that the successful implementation of tuberculosis control policy is influenced by resources, communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. However, there are other factors that contribute to the success of implementation, namely support from the external environment, one of which is community participation in TB control.
