| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) sebagai pilar perekonomian negara untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia wajib menjadi pelopor dalam perwujudan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance ini. Prinsip Good Corporate Governance diterapkan sebagai landasan operasional perusahaan dalam rangka penyehatan pengelolaan dan penyelesaian masalah perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan analisis secara normatif kualitatif. Spesifikasi penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan dan data primer melalui wawancara di PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit, dengan menggunakan metode penyajian data dalam bentuk teks naratif dan disusun secara sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit telah menerapkan kelima prinsip Good Corporate Governance yaitu, prinsip keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, kemandirian, dan kewajaran dengan baik sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor: PER-01/MBU/2011 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor: PER-09/MBU/2012. |

Inggris) | State-owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the pillar of the economic of the state to realize prosperous for all residents have to be a forerunner in establishing the principles of Good Corporate Governance. This principle is applied as the base of company operational in the order of well-management and problem resolution of company. This research was conducted to find out how the principle of good corporate governance implemented at PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a qualitative normative analysis. The research spesification uses descriptive analytical research, data collection methods using secondary data acquired through library research and primary data acquired through interviews at PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit, with the data assessment method in the form of narrative text and arranged systematically. Based on the research result, PT Indonesia Power Mrica Power Generation Unit has implemented the five principles of Good Corporate Governance specifically, principle of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness properly in accordance with State-owned Enterprises Ministerial Regulation Number: PER-01/MBU/2011 on Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-owned Enterprises (BUMN) as amended with State-owned Enterprises Ministerial Regulation Number: PER-09/MBU/2012. |
