| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian POC urin kelinci herbal dan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman brokoli. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan Desa Banjarsari Wetan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan September 2022 – Januari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC urin kelinci herbal yaitu 0 ml/L, 20 ml/L, 40 ml/L, dan 60 ml/L, faktor kedua pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik yaitu 0%, 25%, dan 50%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC urin kelinci herbal konsentrasi 20 ml/L berpengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman 2 minggu setelah tanam dan bobot tajuk kering, sedangkan konsentrasi 40 ml/L bepengaruh terbaik pada jumlah daun 2 minggu setelah tanam. Pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik 25% menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada jumlah daun 2 minggu setelah tanam dan pengurangan 0% memberikan bobot tajuk segar tertinggi. Pengaruh interaksi antara pemberian POC urin kelinci herbal dan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik terjadi pada pertumbuhan dan hasil brokoli. Kombinasi terbaik untuk pertumbuhan akar pada POC urin kelinci herbal dengan konsentrasi 60 ml/L dan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik 25%, sedangkan untuk pertumbuhan daun dan hasil brokoli dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/L dan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik 25%. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving herbal rabbit urine POC and reducing the dose of inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of broccoli plants. This research was conducted on the land of Banjarsari Wetan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency from September 2022 - January 2023. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the POC concentration of herbal rabbit urine, namely 0 ml/L, 20 ml/L, 40 ml/L, and 60 ml/L, the second factor was a reduction in the dosage of inorganic fertilizers, namely 0%, 25%, and 50%. The results showed that giving herbal rabbit urine POC with a concentration of 20 ml/L had the best effect on plant height 2 weeks after planting and dry shoot weight, while a concentration of 40 ml/L had the best effect on leaf number 2 weeks after planting. Reducing the dose of 25% inorganic fertilizer showed the best effect on the number of leaves 2 weeks after planting. The effect of the interaction between giving herbal rabbit urine POC and reducing the dose of inorganic fertilizers occurred on the growth and yield of broccoli. The best combination for root growth was herbal rabbit urine POC with a concentration of 60 ml/L and a reduced dose of inorganic fertilizer of 25%, while for leaf growth and yield of broccoli with a concentration of 40 ml/L and a reduced dose of inorganic fertilizer of 25%. |
