| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian POC urine kelinci dan pengurangan dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banjarsari Wetan Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan September 2022 – Januari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan berupa pemberian poc urin kelinci dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0 ml/L, 20 ml/L, 40 ml/L, dan 60 ml/L; dan perlakuan pengurangan dosis pupuk NPK dengan 3 tingkat pengurangan yaitu 0%, 50%, dan 25%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POC urine kelinci 0 ml/L berpengaruh terhadap panjang akar. 20 ml/L berpengaruh terhadap jumlah dan luas daun pada 2 & 6 MST dan diameter bunga, 40 ml/L berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering pucuk, dan 60 ml/L berpengaruh terhadap bobot ekonomi bunga. Pengurangan dosis NPK sebesar 25% berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun (6 MST) dan tanpa pengurangan dosis NPK (dosis 100%) berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun (2 MST), luas daun (2 MST). , bobot bunga ekonomis dan fisiologis, serta diameter bunga. Terdapat interaksi yaitu POC urine kelinci 20 ml/L + pengurangan pupuk NPK 25% terhadap jumlah daun dan luas daun (6 MST), bobot tajuk segar, bobot bunga ekonomis, dan bobot bunga fisiologis. Pemberian pupuk NPK 0 ml/L + dosis 100% berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun (4 MST) dan panjang akar. Urin kelinci POC 60 ml/L + pupuk NPK 100% dosis berpengaruh pada luas daun (4 MST). Pengurangan dosis NPK 40 ml/L + 50% berpengaruh terhadap berat pucuk kering, POC urin kelinci 20 ml/L + pemberian NPK 100% berpengaruh terhadap diameter batang, POC urin kelinci 0 ml/L + 50 % pengurangan dosis NPK berpengaruh pada volume akar, dan 40 ml/L + 25% pengurangan dosis NPK berpengaruh pada berat kering akar. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving POC rabbit urine and reducing the dose of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of cauliflower. This research was conducted in the village of Banjarsari Wetan, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency in September 2022 - January 2023. This research used a Randomized Block Design with 2 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment was in the form of giving poc rabbit urine with 4 levels, namely 0 ml/L, 20 ml/L, 40 ml/L, and 60 ml/L; and treatment of reducing the dose of NPK fertilizer with 3 reduction levels of 0%, 50%, and 25%. The results showed that the POC of rabbit urine 0 ml/L had an effect on root length. 20 ml/L had an effect on the amount of DNA on leaf area at 2 & 6 WAP and flower diameter, 40 ml/L had an effect on dry shoot weight, and 60 ml/L had an effect on economic flower weight. Reducing the NPK dose by 25% had an effect on the number of leaves (6 WAP) and without reducing the NPK dose (100% dose) it had an effect on the number of leaves (2 MST), leaf area (2 MST), economic and physiological flower weight, and flower diameter. There was an interaction, namely 20 ml/L POC rabbit urine + 25% reduction of NPK fertilizer on the number of leaves and leaf area (6 WAP), fresh crown weight, economic interest weight, and physiological interest weight. 0 ml/L + administration of 100% dose of NPK fertilizer affected the number of leaves (4 WAP) and root length. 60 ml/L POC rabbit urine + 100% dose of NPK fertilizer had an effect on leaf area (4 WAP). 40 ml/L + 50% reduction of NPK dose had an effect on dry shoot weight, 20 ml/L POC of rabbit urine + administration of 100% NPK had an effect on stem diameter, 0 ml/L POC of rabbit urine + 50% reduction of NPK dose had an effect on root volume , and 40 ml/L + 25% reduced dose of NPK effect on dry root weight. |
