Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membedakan respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat dengan berbagai kadar kadmium, mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat pada media tercemar kadmium yang diberi isolat jamur Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp., mengetahui adanya interaksi antara kadar kadmium 100 ppm dan 200 ppm dengan aplikasi isolat jamur Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan September 2022 - Desember 2022 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri dari 2 faktor dengan 12 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama: K0 = 0 ppm, K1 = 100 ppm, K2 = 200 ppm. Faktor kedua: J0 = tanpa isolat jamur, J1 = isolat jamur Aspergillus sp., J2 = isolat jamur Trichoderma sp., J3 = isolat jamur Penicillium sp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Cd 200 ppm memberikan hasil terendah pada tinggi tanaman 83,38 cm, jumlah daun 62,33 helai, luas daun 330,59 cm2, bobot tajuk segar 102,18 g, bobot tajuk kering 12,40 g, jumlah buah 5,11, diameter buah 6,04 cm. Media tanam tanpa Cd memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman 101,25 cm, jumlah daun 87,54 helai, luas daun 454,63 cm2, bobot tajuk segar 124,40 g, bobot tajuk kering 16,71 g, jumlah buah 5,44, bobot buah segar 103,75 g. Trichoderma sp. memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman 102,17 cm, jumlah daun 83,56 helai, luas daun 524,32 cm2, jumlah cabang 10,00, bobot akar segar 39,88 g, bobot akar kering 3,26 g. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara kadar kadmium dan isolat jamur untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat.

Inggris)The purpose of this research was to distinguish the growth response and yield of tomato plants with various levels of cadmium, to determine the growth response and yield of tomato plants on cadmium contaminated media treated with Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp. fungal isolates, to determine the interaction between 100 cadmium levels. ppm and 200 ppm with the application of Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp. The research was carried out from September 2022 - December 2022 in the Experimental Farming Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. Experiment used Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors with 12 treatments and 3 replications. First factor: K0 = 0 ppm, K1 = 100 ppm, K2 = 200 ppm. The second factor: J0 = without fungal isolates, J1 = Aspergillus sp. fungal isolates, J2 = Trichoderma sp. fungal isolates, J3 = Penicillium sp. fungal isolates. The results showed that Cd 200 ppm gave the lowest yield at plant height 83,38 cm, number of leaves 62,33, leaf area 330,59 cm2, fresh crown weight 102,18 g, dry crown weight 12,40 g, number of fruit 5,11, fruit diameter 6,04 cm. Growing media without Cd gave the highest yields for plant height 101,25 cm, number of leaves 87,54, leaf area 454,63 cm, fresh crown weight 124,40 g, dry crown weight 16,71 g, number of fruit 5,44, fresh fruit weight 103,75 g. Trichoderma sp. gave the highest yield at plant height 102,17 cm, number of leaves 83,56, leaf area 524,32 cm2, number of branches 10,00, fresh root weight 39,88 g, dry root weight 3,26 g. There was no interaction between cadmium levels and fungal isolates for the growth and yield of tomato plants.
