| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “performance analysis of local government drinking water company (PDAM) in Banyumas Regency: Total Performance Scorecard Approach”. Dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks seperti saat ini dibutuhkan metode pengukuran kinerja yang dapat menilai kinerja perusahaan secara akurat dan menyeluruh. Dalam hal ini metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Total Performnace Scorecard. Melalui pendekatan Total Performance Scorecard konsep Balance Scorecard yang diperluas menjadi personal balance scorecard dan organizational scorecard, konsep Total Quality Management dan konsep Competence Management disinergikan dan dikembangkan, dengan harapan akan tercipta suatu perbaikan kinerja individual dan organiasi yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Penulis melakukan pengukuran pada PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas dengan menggunakan data tahun 2009-2011 untuk menganalisis variabel organizational balance scorecard, sedangkan untuk variabel lainnya menggunakan data perusahaan dan perhitungan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas dengan total sampel berjumlah 48 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Dari hasil analisis pengukuran yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa kinerja PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas dilihat dari personal balance scorecard, organizational balance scoreacard, total quality management, dan competence management secara kesuluruhan sudah baik. Dari hasil ini test ini, diharapkan organisasi-organiasi mengimplementasikan total performance scorecard untuk mengukur kinerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research entitled “performance analysis of local government drinking water company (PDAM) in Banyumas Regency : Total Performance Scorecard Approach”. In facing an increasingly complex business environment as currently required, performance measurement methods that can assess the company's performance accurately and thoroughly. In this case method can be used is the Total Performance Scorecard. The total performance scorecard is concept of balance score card which expanded into personal and organizational balance scorecard, the concept of Total Quality Management and Competence Management concept synergized and developed, with the expectations creating improvements individual and organizational performance is more optimal and sustainable. The author conducted measurements on PDAM Banyumas Regency using data years 2009-2011 to analyze the organizational balance scorecard variables, while the other variables using the company's data and calculations of questionnaire. The population in this research is employees in PDAM Banyumas Regency, total of sample obtained is 48 employees. The sampling method in this study is simple random sampling Based on the analysis of measurements that have been conducted known that the performance of PDAM Banyumas viewed from personal balance scorecard, organizational balance scoreacard, total quality management, and competence management showed good performance results. From these tests, it is expected to organizations implementing total performance scorecard to measure performance. |
