| Judul Artikel | STUDI KEKERABATAN IKAN FAMILIA CYPRINIDAE YANG TERTANGKAP DI SUNGAI SERAYU KABUPATEN BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Cyprinidae merupakan familia ikan air tawar yang memiliki anggota spesies cukup banyak dan tersebar hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia. Familia tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah spesies ikan familia Cyprinidae yang tertangkap di Sungai Serayu serta hubungan kekerabatannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Random Sampling. Materi penelitian meliputi spesies ikan anggota familia Cyprinidae yang merupakan koleksi dari Ibu Dian Bhagawati yang di ambil dari Sungai Serayu Kabupaten Banyumas. Cara kerja penelitian meliputi pengambilan sampel, pengawetan sampel serta pengamatan di laboratorium yang meliputi identifikasi, determinasi, penentuan karakter morfologi, penentuan spesies ikan dan kekerabatannya. Variabel yang diamati adalah karakter morfologi yang meliputi bentuk dan warna tubuh, spesifikasi sirip pada tubuh, bentuk garis rusuk, bentuk sirip ekor, letak mulut, panjang total dan panjang standar, tinggi badan dan tinggi batang ekor. Data yang diperoleh dihitung koefisien asosiasi antar spesies (S) kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan dengan metode UPGMA Cluster Analysis melalui program Numerical Taxonomy System (NTSYS) versi 2.02i, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan fenogram yang diperoleh. Hasil pengambilan sampel diperoleh 8 spesies ikan, yiatu Puntius orphoides, Barbodes gonionotus, Osteochilus sp., Osteochilus vittatus, Osteochilus hasselti., Labiobarbus leptocheilus, Cyprinus carpio, dan Rasbora sp.. Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa kekerabatan paling dekat berdasarkan sifat morfologi yaitu antara Puntius orphoides dan Rasbora sp. yang memiliki nilai koefisien asosiasi terbesar yaitu 0,8292. Nilai asosiasi terkecil dimiliki oleh P. orphoides dan Osteochilus sp. yaitu dengan nilai 0,3000. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang kekerabatan fenetik spesies ikan familia Cyprinidae yang tertangkap di Sungai Serayu Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cyprinidae is a family of freshwater fish that has quite a lot of important members and spread almost all over the world. The purposes of this study were to determine the number of fish species caught under the family Cyprinidae in Serayu River and their relationships are. The method used was survey with purposive random sampling. Research materials included members of Cyprinidae fish species which is the collection of Mrs. Dian Bhagawati taken from the River Serayu Banyumas. The sequence of research included sampling, sample preservation, observation in the laboratory i.e identification, determination of morphological characters, species of fish and their relationships. Observed variables were morphological characters that included body shape, colors, fins specification total and standard on the body, the shape of lateral line, caudal fin shape, the location of the mouth, body length, height and height of caudal tail. Data analysis were with calculated coefficient of association among species (S) was analysis with UPGMA Cluster Analysis through the Numerical Taxonomy System (NTSYS) version 2.02i, and analyzed descriptively based on phenogram obtained. The fish obtained were 8 species i.e, Puntius orphoides, Barbodes gonionotus, Osteochilus sp., Osteochilus vittatus, Osteochilus hasselti., Labiobarbus leptocheilus, Cyprinus carpio, and Rasbora sp.. The results showed that the closest relationship based on morphological characteristics, ie between Puntius orphoides and Rasbora sp. which had the greatest association coefficient of 0.8292. The smallest value of the association was followed P. orphoides and Osteochilus sp. with the value of 0.3000. This study was expected to provide information of fish species collection in the familia of Cyprinidae in Serayu River and their phenetic relationship. |
