| Judul Artikel | Factors Affecting Employment Opportunities in Indonesia 2017-2021 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia merupakan negara terbesar keempat didunia dengan jumlah penduduk yang sangat besar dan kompleks. Besarnya jumlah penduduk menyangkut pada ketidakseimbangan pertumbuhahan jumlah angkatan kerja dengan penciptaan kesempatan kerja sehingga akan berdampak pada meningkatnya pengangguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesempatan kerja di Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi (X1), upah minimum (X2), angkatan kerja (X3), dan rata-rata lama sekolah (X4). Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan data panel menggunakan Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja, rata-rata lama sekolah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja dan upah minimum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Indonesia is the fourth largest country in the world with a very large and complex population. The large population is related to the imbalance between the growth of the labor force and the creation of employment opportunities so that it will have an impact on increasing unemployment. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employment opportunities in Indonesia in 2017-2021. The variables of this study include economic growth (X1), minimum wage (X2), labor force (X3), and mean years school (X4). The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with panel data using Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that economic growth and labor force had a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities, the mean years school had a negative and significant effect on employment opportunities and the minimum wage did not have a significant effect on employment opportunities. |
