Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Good Farming Practices (GFP) pada usaha penggemukan sapi potong di Saudagar Farm, Cianjur. Panduan pemeliharaan sapi potong dijelaskan dalam Permentan Nomor 46 Tahun 2015. Aspek GFP yang dinilai mencakup aspek prasarana dan sarana; pola pemeliharaan; kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hewan; pelestarian lingkungan hidup; sumber daya manusia; serta pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pelaporan dengan bobot masing-masing sebesar 20%, 20%, 15%, 15%, 15%, dan 15%. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif yang disertai tabel evaluasi performa masing-masing aspek. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GFP di Saudagar Farm sudah baik dengan nilai 86,21%.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Good Farming Practices (GFP) in beef cattle fattening in Saudagar Farm, Cianjur. Guidelines for beef cattle rearing are described in MOA 46/2015. The aspects of GFP assessed include infrastructure and facilities, husbandry patterns, animal health and welfare, environmental conservation, human resources, and guidance, supervision and reporting with weights of 20%, 20%, 15%, 15%, 15% and 15% respectively. The methods used were observation and interview. Data were analyzed using a descriptive method accompanied by a performance evaluation table for each aspect. The evaluation results showed that the implementation of GFP at Saudagar Farm was good with a score of 86.21%.
