| Judul Artikel | Penyelesaian Konflik Komunikasi Dalam Rumah Tangga Pada Pasangan Perkawinan Usia Muda |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Trend menikah muda lambat laun mulai banyak dikenal oleh kalangan anak muda khususnya mahasiswa. Hal ini dilihat dari bagaimana jumlah anak muda yang memutuskan untuk menikah pada usia muda yang mencapai angka 33,31% atau 8,6 juta jiwa pada 2021. Sementara itu, angka tersebut tidak sebanding dengan jumlah perceraian pada pasangan menikah muda yang mencapai 75,34% atau 337.343 gugatan perceraian yang didominasi oleh adanya pertengkaran rumah tangga. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa kesiapan secara fisik maupun mental dari kedua belah pihak menjadi kunci utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konflik komunikasi dalam rumah tangga, serta bagaimana pengelolaan atas konflik komunikasi yang terjadi pada pasangan menikah usia muda mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed. Adapun subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga pasangan mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed yang telah menjalani perkawinan pada usia muda ditengah peran mereka sebagai mahasiswa aktif. Serta dua narasumber pendukung yaitu Ahli Ilmu Komunikasi dan Psikolog. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi serta wawancara secara mendalam dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat lima jenis konflik komunikasi yang terjadi meliputi ego, pseudo, fact, policy, dan meta conflict. Selain itu, terdapat dua pola penyelesaian konflik komunikasi yang dilakukan berupa (1)pembiaran atas masalah, serta (2)upaya pengambilan solusi atas masalah. Secara Teori Dialektika Relasional diketahui salah satu pasangan memiliki intensitas dan pengalaman atas konflik yang lebih kompleks sehingga bersifat kontradiktif dan mengarah pada titik ketegangan dan perpisahan. Sedangkan dua pasangan lainnya memiliki intensitas dan pengalaman konflik yang lebih sedikit sehingga termasuk dalam kategori pergerakan dan praksis, serta mengarah pada titik keintiman serta keterbukaan diri atas satu sama lain. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The trend of young maariage is slowly becoming widely recognized by young people, especially students. This can be seen from how the number of young people who decide to marry at a young age reaches 33.31% or 8.6 million people in 2021. Meanwhile, this figure is not comparable to the number of divorces in young married couples which reach 75.34 % or 337,343 divorce claims which were dominated by domestic disputes. Based on these conditions it can be understood that the physical and mental readiness of both parties is the main key. This study aims to find out how communication conflicts in the household, as well as how to manage communication conflicts that occur in young married couples at FISIP Unsoed students. The research subjects consisted of three pairs of FISIP Unsoed students who had married at a young age in the midst of their role as active students. As well as two supporting speakers, namely Communication Science Experts and Psychologists. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews with descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that there are five types of communication conflicts that occur including ego, pseudo, fact, policy, and meta conflicts. In addition, there are two patterns of communication conflict resolution that are carried out in the form of (1) ignoring problems, and (2) efforts to find solutions to problems. In theory, it is known that one partner has the intensity and experience of a more complex conflict that is contradictory and leads to points of tension and separation. Meanwhile, the other two couples have less conflict intensity and experience so that they are included in the movement and praxis category, and aim at the point of intimacy and self-disclosure towards each other. |
