| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat mortalitas dan bobot panen ayam pedaging yang dipelihara pada farm dengan altitude sedang dan rendah. Materi diambil dari farm altitude sedang yang terletak diketinggian 358 mdpl yaitu Kismo A, B, C, dan altitude rendah yang terletak diketinggian 49 mdpl yaitu CV Lestari Maju A, B, C dengan populasi masing-masing sebanyak 19.000, 22.100, 22.100, 22.500, 21.000, dan 21.000 ekor. Teknik pengambilan data mortalitas harian (%) yaitu pencatatan dari hari pertama hingga panen. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan untuk menghitung bobot panen ayam yaitu menimbang 16 hingga 23 sampel di mana setiap sampel terdiri dari 20 ekor. Metode analisis menggunakan uji t-test pada masing-masing lantai untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan nilai tengah pada penambahan tersebut. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa ketinggian (altitude) lokasi kandang tidak berbeda nyata (P > 0,05) pada lantai satu, dan berbeda nyata (P < 0,05) pada lantai dua dan tiga terhadap mortalitas ayam pedaging. Ketinggian (altitude) lokasi kandang tidak berbeda nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap bobot panen ayam. Pemeliharaan ayam pedaging menggunakan sistem closed house pada altitude sedang dan rendah menghasilkan rataan bobot badan yang tidak berbeda. Ketinggian (altitude) lokasi kandang mempengaruhi mortalitas ayam. Tingkat mortalitas di dataran sedang memiliki nilai lebih kecil dibandingkan di dataran rendah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was conducted to determine the difference in mortality rates and harvest weights of broilers raised on farms with medium and low altitudes. The material was taken from medium altitude farms located at an altitude of 358 meters above sea level, namely Kismo A, B, C, and low altitudes located at an altitude of 49 meters above sea level, namely CV Lestari Maju A, B, C with populations of 19,000, 22,100, 22,100, 22,500, 21,000, and 21,000 heads, respectively. The technique of collecting daily mortality data (%) is recording from the first day to harvest. The data collection technique used to calculate the weight of the chicken harvest is weighing 16 to 23 samples where each sample consists of 20 heads. The analysis method uses a t-test on each floor to determine whether there is a difference in the middle value of the addition. The results of the analysis using the t-test showed that the altitude of the cage location was not significantly different (P > 0.05) on the first floor, and significantly different (P < 0.05) on the second and third floors on broiler mortality. The altitude of the coop location did not differ markedly (P > 0.05) from the weight of the chicken harvest. Broiler maintenance using a closed house system at medium and low altitudes results in an average body weight that does not differ. The altitude of the location of the coop affects the mortality of chickens. The mortality rate in the temperate plains has a smaller value than in the lowlands. |
