| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Dermatitis atopik merupakan salah satu penyakit alergi yang ditandai dengan adanya gatal-gatal lesi eksim. Alergi dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetika dan lingkungan. Salah satu faktor lingkungan yang dapat memicu alergi adalah tungau debu rumah (TDR). Tujuan : Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi tungau debu rumah (TDR) pada rumah subjek dengan dermatitis atopik di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Desember 2022 di Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan riwayat dermatitis atopik yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yaitu sebanyak 25 rumah subjek dengan dermatitis atopik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengambil sampel debu rumah dari rumah subjek dengan dermatitis atopik. Sampel debu diperiksa di bawah mikroskop, hasil temuan TDR diidentifikasi hingga tingkatan genus.. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 (80%) rumah ditemukan tungau debu rumah (TDR) dengan total 98 ekor. Genus TDR yang ditemukan adalah Dermatophagoides spp, Blomia spp, Tarsonemus spp, Tyrophagus spp, dan Cheyletus spp. Tungau didapatkan pada 7 (78%) buah kasur kapuk, 11 (91,7%) buah kasur busa, dan 2 (50%) buah kasur springbed, serta 13 (76,4%) unit rumah dari kelompok PHBS baik dan 7 (87,5%) unit rumah dari kelompok PHBS buruk. Sebanyak 9 (45%) rumah dengan kelembapan <75% dan 11 (55%) rumah dengan kelembapan >75% ditemukan TDR. Sebanyak 12 (60%) rumah dengan temperatur <29 oC dan 8 (40%) rumah dengan temperatur >29 oC ditemukan TDR. Kesimpulan : TDR lebih banyak ditemukan pada rumah dengan jenis kasur busa, PHBS buruk, tingkat kelembapan <75%, dan temperatur <29 oC |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Introduction : Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the allergic diseases, marked with skin lesion and itchy sensation. Allergic diseases are influenced by genetic and environmental factors. One of the environmental factors that triggered allergic reaction is house dust mite. Objective : This study aimed to determine the distribution of house dust mites (HDM) in the homes of subjects with atopic dermatitis in East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Methods : This research was a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in September - December 2022 at the Parasitology Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine, Jenderal Soedirman University. The subjects involved in this study were patients with a history of atopic dermatitis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, namely as many as 25 houses of subjects with atopic dermatitis sampling was carried out by purposive random sampling. This study was conducted by taking a sample of house dust from the home of subjects with atopic dermatitis. Then the dust sample is examined under a microscope, the HDM findings identified to the genus level.. Results : . In this study a total of 20 (80%) houses found house dust mites (HDM) with a total of 98 mites. The HDM genera found were Dermatophagoides spp, Blomia spp, Tarsonemus spp, Tyrophagus spp, and Cheyletus spp. Mites were found in 7 (78%) cotton mattresses, 11 (91.7%) foam mattresses, and 2 (50%) springbed mattresses, as well as 13 (76.4%) housing units from the good PHBS group and 7 (87.5%) housing units from the PHBS group were bad. HDM was found in 9 (45%) houses with humidity <75% and 11 (55%) houses with humidity >75%, 12 (60%) houses with temperature <29oC and 8 (40%) houses with temperature >29 oC. Conclusion : HDM is commonly found in houses with foam mattress types, poor PHBS, humidity <75%, and temperature <29oC. |
