| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Pelaksanaan program JKN di Indonesia ini masih belum dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam beberapa aspek. Data menunjukkan <60% pasien yang beranggapan kualitas layanan kesehatan di FKTP Banyumas dalam kategori kurang memuaskan. Masyarakat sering mengeluhkan terkait pelayanan yang diberikan karena dapat dikatakan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi harapan bagi seluruh pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keadilan distributif bagi peserta JKN di Kabupaten Banyumas Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional, besar sampel yang ditentukan 214 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear ganda Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas responden dengan kategori usia dewasa (44,9%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (59,3%), tempat tinggal di desa (67,3%), berpendidikan tinggi (75,7%), memiliki status bekerja (57,5%), berpendapatan rendah (41,1%), dan jenis kepesertaan non PBI (84,6%). Variabel umur (p = 0,143), jenis kelamin (p = 0,777), tempat tinggal (p = 0,107), pendapatan (p = 0,751), dan jenis kepesertaan JKN (p = 0,130), artinya tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap keadilan distributif. Sedangkan variabel pendidikan (p = 0,041) dan pekerjaan (p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh terhadap keadilan distributif Kesimpulan : Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keadilan distributif adalah pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Sehingga bagi FKTP mampu meninjau beberapa komplain yang menjadi masukan bagi peserta JKN terhadap layanan yang ada seperti, waktu layanan, pelayanan dokter dan paramedis, maupun fasilitias klinik sehingga nantinya mampu memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan bagi peserta JKN untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Implementing the National Health Insurance (NHI) program in Indonesia still cannot be said to be successful in several aspects. Data shows that <60% of patients consider the quality of health services at primary health care facilities (PHCF) in Banyumas to be unsatisfactory. People often complain about the services provided because it can be said that they are not in line with what is expected of all patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect distributive justice for JKN participants in Banyumas Regency. Methods: The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study design, the sample size determined is 214 respondents. The analysis used was multiple linear regression Results: Respondents in this study are mostly in the adult age category (44.9%), female (59.3%), have a residence in the village (67.3%), have a high education (75.7%), have a working status (57.5%), have a low income (41.1%), and have a type of non-PBI membership (84.6%). The variables of age (p = 0.143), gender (p = 0.777), residence (p = 0.107), income (p = 0.751), and type of JKN membership (p = 0.130), meaning that there is no significant effect on distributive justice. While the variables of education (p = 0.041) and employment (p = 0.000) have an influence on distributive justice Conclusion : Distributive justice in the use of primary health care services for NHI participants in Banyumas Regency 2022 is influenced by education and employment factors. So that PHCS are able to review several complaints that become input for NHI participants on existing services such as service time, doctor and paramedic services, and clinic facilities so that later they are able to provide services in accordance with expectations for NHI participants to increase patient satisfaction. |
