Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang: Pelaksanaan surveilans menjadi bagian penting untuk menghentikan penyebaran Covid-19, dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kasus Covid-19 baru, penerapan sistem surveilans dilakukan guna menentukan intervensi kesehatan masyarakat yang efektif dan perencanaan pencegahan pandemi di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem surveilans COVID-19 berdasarkan atribut surveilans di Kabupaten Indramayu pada Tahun 2022.
Metodologi: Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi evaluasi. Teknik penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Responden adalah seluruh petugas pemegang program Covid-19 di Puskesmas Kabupaten Indramayu sebanyak 49 orang. Variabel penelitian yaitu kesederhanaan, fleksibilitas, kualitas data, akseptabilitas, sensitivitas, representatif, ketepatan waktu, dan stabilitas data. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan wawancara dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat kemudian hasil analisis akan disajikan dalam bentuk jumlah dan persentase.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesederhanaan sistem surveilans telah sederhana berdasarkan pengisian format laporan (93,9%), alur pelaporan (91,8%), dan konfirmasi kasus COVID-19 (93,9%). Pada variabel fleksibilitas, sistem surveilans telah fleksibel berdasarkan perubahan pada sistem (91,8%) dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang mendukung (85,7%). Untuk variabel akseptabilitas sistem memiliki akseptabilitas tinggi pada pemanfaatan data oleh stakeholder (79,6%), adanya kritik (57,1%), dan terdapat rekomendasi dari stakeholder (59,2%). Untuk variabel sensitifitas didapatkan hasil sesitifitas tinggi berdasarkan kesesuaian pelaporan kasus (89,8%) dan kemampuan melihat kenaikan kasus yang signifikan (85,7%). Untuk variabel ketepatan waktu sistem sudah tepat waktu berdasarkan pengumpulan laporan harian (89,8%), validasi data tiap bulan (83,7%) serta pengumpulan kasus menggunakan NAR (81,6%).Untuk variabel kualitas data sistem memiliki kualitas data yang baik berdasarkan pengisian formulir (93,9%). Untuk variabel stabilitas data, sistem memiliki stabilitas data yang tinggi berdasarkan penyediaan komputer atau laptop (89,8%), dan perbaikan pada sistem eror (69,4%).
Kesimpulan: Sistem surveilans yang dilakukan di Indramayu dilihat dari beberapa komponen sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan pedoman atribut surveilans. Adapun untuk beberapa komponen variabel seperti kunjungan ke rumah pasien untuk informasi terperinci, analisis data karakteristik, lokasi, waktu disertai tabel atau grafik, penyadian data univariat dan penyediaan backup data masih kurang.

Inggris)Background: Surveillance is an important part of stopping the spread of Covid-19, with the aim of identifying new Covid-19 cases, implementing a surveillance system to determine effective public health interventions and planning future pandemic prevention. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the COVID-19 surveillance system based on surveillance attributes in Indramayu District in 2022.
Methods: Descriptive quantitative research with an evaluation study design. The technique of determining the respondents was carried out by the total sampling method. Respondents were all officers holding the Covid-19 program at the Puskesmas and Indramayu Health Office as many as 49 people. The research variables were simplicity, flexibility, data quality, acceptability, sensitivity, representativeness, timeliness, and data stability. The research instrument used an interview with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis where the results of the analysis will be presented in the form of numbers and percentages.
Result: The results showed that the variable simplicity of the surveillance system was simple based on filling in the report format (93.9%), reporting flow (91.8%), and confirmation of COVID-19 cases (93.9%). On the flexibility variable, the surveillance system is flexible based on changes in the system (91.8%) and the availability of supporting infrastructure (85.7%). For the system acceptability variable, it has high acceptability in the use of data by stakeholders (79.6%), there are criticisms (57.1%), and there are recommendations from stakeholders (59.2%). For the sensitivity variable, high sensitivity results were obtained based on the suitability of case reporting (89.8%) and the ability to see a significant increase in cases (85.7%). For the timeliness variable, the system is on time based on daily report collection (89.8%), monthly data validation (83.7%) and case collection using NAR (81.6%). For system data quality variables, the data quality is either based on filling out the form (93.9%). For data stability variables, the system has high data stability based on the provision of a computer or laptop (89.8%), and repairs to system errors (69.4%).
Conclusion: The surveillance system carried out in Indramayu, seen from several components, is mostly in accordance with the guidelines for surveillance attributes. As for some variable components such as visits to the patient's house for detailed information, analysis of characteristic data, location, time accompanied by tables or graphs, univariate data presentation and provision of data backup is still lacking.
