| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Era digital telah mengubah paradigma komunikasi, termasuk dalam bidang presentasi online yang kini menjadi metode utama dalam pendidikan, bisnis, dan komunikasi publik. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan interaksi langsung dan ekspresi nonverbal dapat menghambat efektivitas penyampaian pesan serta menurunkan keterlibatan audiens. Menyikapi permasalahan ini, Bicarapede Academy hadir sebagai platform pelatihan interaktif yang bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan presentasi online melalui pendekatan berbasis teknologi dan praktik intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep presentasi online interaktif serta integrasi jejaring aktor dalam platform digital yang diterapkan di Bicarapede Academy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dengan metode pembelajaran interaktif, seperti simulasi, diskusi kelompok, dan penggunaan alat bantu visual, mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta secara signifikan. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat pemahaman teoretis peserta, tetapi juga memungkinkan mereka untuk mengasah keterampilan praktis melalui latihan dalam lingkungan digital yang menyerupai kondisi nyata. Selain itu, keberadaan komunitas alumni serta program pelatihan lanjutan memberikan peluang bagi peserta untuk terus mengembangkan keterampilan mereka. Dengan demikian, Bicarapede Academy berhasil menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang inovatif, adaptif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan presentasi online di era digital. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pelatihan komunikasi digital serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas presentasi online. Abstract The digital era has changed the paradigm of communication, including in the field of online presentations which are now the main method in education, business, and public communication. However, challenges such as limited direct interaction and nonverbal expression can hinder the effectiveness of message delivery and reduce audience engagement. In response to this problem, Bicarapede Academy is present as an interactive training platform that aims to improve online presentation skills through a technology-based approach and intensive practice. This study aims to analyze the concept of interactive online presentations and the integration of actor networks in the digital platform implemented at Bicarapede Academy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the integration of digital technology with interactive learning methods, such as simulations, group discussions, and the use of visual aids, can significantly increase participant engagement. This approach not only strengthens participants' theoretical understanding but also allows them to hone practical skills through exercises in a digital environment that resembles real conditions. In addition, the existence of an alumni community and advanced training programs provide opportunities for participants to continue developing their skills. Thus, Bicarapede Academy has succeeded in creating an innovative, adaptive, and responsive learning ecosystem to the needs of online presentations in the digital era. This study provides insight into the importance of technology integration in digital communication training and its impact on the effectiveness of online presentations. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The government has announced the transfer of the capital city from DKI Jakarta to the Archipelago Capital (IKN) in Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to analyze development communication carried out by the government towards the development of IKN regarding environmental issues in an ethical perspective of development. Research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research data used is secondary data from the results of the literature review. Research shows that there is community rejection based on environmental issues due to the government's lack of effective development communication. |
