| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada peserta didik MAN 2 Banyumas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dengan pemberian reward terhadap hasil belajar siswa di MAN 2 Banyumas pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental design atau desain kuasi eksperimen dengan melakukan percobaan pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang sudah dilaksanakan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dengan pemberian reward berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI MIPA di MAN 2 Banyumas. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,182 > t tabel sebesar 1,991 pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Selain itu itu, pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dengan pemberian reward dibuktikan dari nilai rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 52 lalu mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen yang mencapai 73,2. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative research with experimental methods carried out on students of MAN 2 Banyumas. This study aims to analyze the effect of cooperative learning model type two stay two stray by giving rewards to student learning outcomes at MAN 2 Banyumas on economic subjects. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design or a quasi-experimental design by conducting experiments in the experimental group and the control group. Based on the results of the research and data analysis that has been carried out, this study shows that the cooperative learning model of the two stay two stray type with the provision of rewards has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in economics class XI MIPA at MAN 2 Banyumas. This can be proven by the t value of 3.182 > t table of 1.991 at a significance level of 0.05. In addition, the influence of the cooperative learning model type two stay two stray by giving rewards is evident from the average pretest value of the experimental class of 52 and then experiencing an increase in the posttest average value of the experimental class which reached 73.2. |
