| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi covid-19 adalah kebijakan pembelajaran baru yang diberlakukan kembali setelah melakukan pembelajaran daring. hal itu memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan motivasi dan fasilitas belajar selama pandemi covid-19, yang mana perubahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran. Fisip Unsoed adalah salah satu instansi yang mengalami perubahan kebijakan pembelajaran tersebut, sehingga perubahan motivasi belajar dan fasilitas belajar pada mahasiswa Fisisp dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran di Fisip. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel 93 responden dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Proportionate stratified random sampling. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Kendall Tau-b, Koefisien Konkordasi Kendall’s W, dan Analisis Regresi Ordinal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi covid-19 di Fisip Unsoed berada pada kategori baik (59,1%). Kemudian tingkat motivasi belajar pada kebijakan pembelajaran ini adalah baik (48,4%) dan kondisi fasilitas belajar pasca pandemi juga baik (63,4%). Hasil korelasi Kendall Tau-b dan Konkordasi Kendall’s W menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas memiliki hubungan baik secara parsial dan stimultan pada efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran. Kemudian analisis Regresi Ordinal juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara positif dan siginifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi covid-19 pada mahasiswa Fisip Unsoed. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The effectiveness of the post-covid-19 face-to-face learning policies is a new learning policy reintroduced after undertaking online learning. It allows for changes in motivation and learning facilities during the covid-19 pandemic, which can affect in the effectiveness of learning policies. Fisip Unsoed is one of the institutions that implemented these policy changes, so a change in learning motivation and learning facilities that can happen in a college students can affect the attainment of learning goals at the Fisip Unsoed. This study aims to examine the effects of learning motivation and learning facilities on the effectiveness of post-covid-19 face-to-face learning policies. This study employed an associative quantitative method, with 93 samples respondents that drawn using Proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. And the analysis methods used are the Correlation of Kendall Tau-b, The Coefficient of Kendall's W and Ordinal Regression Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the effectiveness of post-covid-19 face-to-face learning policies at Fisip Unsoed is in “good” category (59.1%). Then the motivation rate of learning under these learning policies is in a “good” category (48.4%), and the conditions of post pandemic learning facilities are also in the “good” category (63.4%). The results of Kendall Tau-b correlation and Kendall's W indicate that both independent variables have partial relationships and are stimulants to the effectiveness of learning policies. Then, Ordinal Regression analysis reveals that both independent variables affect positive and siginificant effect to the dependent variable.
