| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan perusahaan terhadap return saham pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jenis Usaha Menengah yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2021. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis Partial least Square (PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi hasil empiris untuk konteks kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan return saham berdasarkan pada teori sinyal, serta membantu investor membuat keputusan investasi. |

Inggris) | This research aims to determine the effect of company financial performance on stock returns in Small and Medium Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The population in this study are medium-sized companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The purposive sampling method is used to determine the sample obtained by 14 companies. Hypothesis testing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the research results and data analysis it can be concluded that the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and activity ratio do not affect stock returns. The results of this study can be empirical results for the context of company financial performance and stock returns based on signal theory, as well as helping investors make investment decisions. |
