| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Peningkatan jumlah pengguna sepeda motor di Indonesia tiap tahun nya berimplikasi pada naiknya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap penyedia layanan perbaikan atau perawatan sepeda motor. Seringkali kebutuhan ini bersifat darurat dan harus segera dipenuhi, sayangnya kurangnya informasi mengenai lokasi bengkel terdekat membuat proses pencarian bengkel menghabiskan banyak waktu dan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Bengkel Online yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari bengkel terdekat untuk mendeteksi lokasi pengguna secara realtime serta menyajikan peta interaktif dengan titik lokasi bengkel terdekat, beserta rute terpendek menuju bengkel menggunakan Mapbox dan Geolocation API. Aplikasi Bengkel Online menggunakan Firebase sebagai basis data serta menerapkan teknologi progressive web apps untuk kenyamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi Bengkel Online berbasis progressive web app yang telah diuji menggunakan metode blackbox dan lighthouse serta dinyatakan telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The increase in the number of motorcycle users in Indonesia each year has implications for increasing public demand for motorcycle repair or maintenance service providers. Often this need is emergency and must be met immediately, unfortunately the lack of information regarding the location of the nearest repair shop makes the process of finding a repair shop consuming a lot of time and energy. This study aims to develop an Online Repair Shop application that can make it easier for users to find the nearest repair shop to detect the user's location in real time and present an interactive map with the nearest repair shop location point, along with the shortest route to the repair shoop using Mapbox and the Geolocation API. The Bengkel Online application uses Firebase as a database and implements progressive web apps technology for user convenience. This research produced a Progressive Web App-based Online Repair Shop Application that has been tested using the blackbox and lighthouse methods and has been found to meet user needs. |
