Judul ArtikelPENGARUH PUPUK MIKORIZA dan Trichoderma sp. TERHADAP FISIOLOGI DAN HASIL TANAMAN KANGKUNG (Ipomoea reptans Poir) DENGAN PENGURANGAN DOSIS PUPUK N-P-K
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tanaman kangkung (Ipomoea reptans Poir) merupakan tanaman yang mempunyai banyak kandungan gizi seperti vitamin A, vitamin C, kalsium, zat besi, dan fosfor. Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS (2017) menyatakan bahwa produksi tanaman kangkung di Indonesia bersifat fluktuatif. Tahun 2002-2007 produksi kangkung produksi kangkung meningkat sampai angka 335,086 ton. Tahun 2009 yaitu mencapai 360,992 ton, tahun 2010 sampai 2016 produksi kangkung mengalami naik dan turun. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Desa Kaliori, Kabupaten Banyumas dan analisis sifat fisik tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu pemberian pupuk mikoriza Trichoderma sp. dengan dosis 10 g mikoriza + 10 g Trichoderma sp. (M1), 30 g mikoriza + 30 g Trichoderma sp. (M2), 50 g mikoriza + 50 g Trichoderma sp. (M3). Faktor kedua yaitu pengurangan anjuran dosis pupuk Nitrogen (N), Phospat (P), dan Kalium (K) yang terdiri dari 3 dosis pengurangan yaitu 0% (S1), 25% (S2), 50% (S3). Variabel pengamatan meliputi : tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang daun, panjang akar, kehijauan daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, jumlah anakan, petak efektif. Data dianalisis dengan ragam (uji F) pada taraf kesalahan 5% dan jika terdapat perbedaan (signifikan) dilanjutkan Uji Faktorial Regesi dengan taraf 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk mikoriza Trichoderma sp. mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman. Pengaruh pengurangan dosis anjuran pupuk NPK berpengaruh terhadap berat jenis isi, batas lekat, batas cair, porositas, tinggi tanaman, bobot tanaman segar, bobot petak efektif segar, dan bobot tanaman kering
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Ipomoea reptans Poir. is a plant that contains many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus. Badan Pusat Statistik (2017) spek that spinach production in Indonesia is volatile. From 1997 to 2000 the national water spinach production continued to increase to 215,303 tons, decreasing in 2001 the production of water spinach to 193,825 tons. The research was carried out in the Kaliori village land, Banyumas Regency and analysis of soil physical properties was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agiculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The study was conducted in May 2019 to June 2019. This study used a Complete Goup Random Design (CGD) with two factors. The first factor is the administration of Trichoderma mycorrhizal fertilizer with a dose of 10 g mycorrhiza + 10 g Trichoderma (M1), 30 g mycorrhiza + 30 g Trichoderma (M2), 50 g mycorrhiza + 50 g Trichoderma (M3). The second factor is the provision of recommended fertilizer, Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potassium which consists of 3 doses, namely 0% (S1), 25% (S2), 50% (S3). Variable restrictions :plant height,number of leaves, leaf area, leaf length, root length, leaf geens, plant weight, plant weight, root weight, root weight, number of breeds, effective map. Data were analyzed by variance (F test) at 5% error level and if there were (significant) differences followed by Factorial Regession Test with 95% level. The results showed that the application of Trichoderma mycorrhizal fertilizer proved significantly to plant height. Effect of dosage of Nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium fertilizer on fertilizer type weight, boundary limit, liquid limit, porosity, plant height, fresh plant weight, effective fresh plot weight, and plant dry weight.
