| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia banyak terdapat industri pengolahan hasil petanian, salah satunya adalah industri pengolahan tempe menjadi keripik tempe. Keripik tempe terbuat dari tempe tipis yang digoreng kering seperti kerupuk, teksturnya kering dan renyah. Salah satu industri keripik tempe di Purwokerto adalah UKM “Sawangan No. 1” yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1991. Analisis usaha pada agroindustri keripik tempe sangat penting bagi produsen keripik tempe dalam melaksanakan usahanya untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari usaha yang dijalankannya guna peningkatan keuntungan serta pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, dan keuntungan dari usaha keripik tempe “Sawangan No.1” 2) Mengetahui kelayakan usaha dari usaha keripik tempe “Sawangan No.1”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM “Sawangan No.1” Purwokerto pada tanggal 28 Desember 2022 – 10 Januari 2023. Metode penelitian dasar menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, analisis RC Ratio, dan analisis Breek Even Point. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh yaitu total biaya yang dikeluarkan UKM keripik tempe “Sawangan No.1” selama bulan November 2022 yaitu sebesar Rp45.776.274,00. Sementara penerimaan yang didapatkan UKM “Sawangan No.1” sebesar Rp57.899.000,00. Sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh UKM “Sawangan No.1” selama bulan November 2022 yaitu Sebesar Rp10.122.726,00. Nilai RC Ratio yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,21 yang berarti lebih dari satu menunjukan usaha tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan atau diteruskan. Hasil analisis BEP keripik tempe kemasan isi 12 menunjukkan jumlah produksi keripik tempe sebanyak 1.691 kemasan lebih besar dari nilai BEP Produk (kemasan) sebesar 1.589 kemasan, harga jual sebesar Rp18.000,00 lebih besar dari nilai BEP Harga (Rp) sebesar Rp17.192,00, penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp30.438.000,00 lebih besar dari BEP Penerimaan sebesar Rp28.598.058,00. |

Tempeh chips are made from thin tempeh, which is fried dry like crackers, the texture is dry and crunchy. One of the tempeh chip industries in Purwokerto is UKM "Sawangan No. 1" which has been established since 1991. In the tempeh chip agroindustry, business analysis is critical for tempeh chip producers to determine the feasibility of the business they are running in order to increase profits and business development. This study aims to 1) determine the costs, revenues, and profits of the tempe chip business "Sawangan No.1" and 2) determine the business feasibility of the tempe chip business "Sawangan No.1." This research was conducted at UKM "Sawangan No. 1" Purwokerto on December 28, 2022, until January 10, 2023. The basic research method uses descriptive analysis. The analysis of data used includes cost, revenue, and profit analysis, RC ratio analysis, and break-even point analysis. The research results obtained were the total costs incurred by UKM tempe chips "Sawangan No. 1" during November 2022, which were Rp45.776.274,00. Meanwhile, the income received by UKM "Sawangan No. 1" was Rp57.899.000,00. So that the profit earned by UKM "Sawangan No. 1" during November 2022 was Rp10.122.726,00. The resulting RC Ratio value is 1,21, which means that more than one indicates that the business is feasible to continue. The results of the BEP analysis of tempeh chips in 12 packs showed that the total production of 1.691 packages of tempeh chips was greater than the value of BEP products (packaging) of 1.589 packages, the selling price was Rp17.192,00, and the revenue earned was Rp30.438.000,00, which was greater than the BEP revenue of Rp28.598.058,00. |
