Indonesia) | Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 2012 Nur Tri Widodo1), Atyanti Isworo2), Deny Achiriyati3) PENGARUH TOUCH THERAPY TERHADAP NYERI PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI BEDAH MAYOR DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH BANYUMAS ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Bedah mayor adalah tindakan bedah besar yang dilakukan dengan membuat sayatan (insisi) pada area yang akan dikoreksi. Adanya insisi inilah yang menimbulkan nyeri, dimana nyeri merupakan keluhan utama yang paling sering dirasakan pasien. Touch therapy merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang bisa digunakan untuk menurunkan dan menghilangkan sensasi nyeri. Tujuan: Studi ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh touch therapy terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post bedah mayor di RSUD Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian bersifat quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post test with control group design, dan lembar observasi untuk pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis untuk sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan digunakan uji Wilcoxon dan untuk perbedaan dua kelompok digunakan uji Mann Whitney U. Hasil Penelitian: Rata-rata tingkat nyeri pre test pada kelompok kontrol 3,07 sedangkan kelompok intervensi 5,14. Rata-rata tingkat nyeri post test pada kelompok kontrol 3,07 sedangkan kelompok intervensi 3,07. Hasil uji Wilcoxon dengan α=0,05 pada kelompok intervensi mendapatkan p value 0,008. Sedangkan uji beda Mann Whitney U didapatkan nilai p < 0,05 untuk tingkat nyeri. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan penurunan tingkat nyeri yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. |

This incision was cause pain, where the pain is the main most griped by client. Touch therapy is one of non pharmacologist therapy can be used to decrease and eliminate pain sensation. Purpose: This study was to identification the influence of touch therapy on reducing pain at post major surgical operation in RSUD Banyumas. Methods: : This research tended to have quasi experiment with pre and post test with control group design approach and observation page for data collection. This research sample consists of 28 people with a purposive sampling method. Analysis pre and post treatment used Wilcoxon test, while Mann Whitney U test was used to understood differently among two group. Results: The result showed that average of pre test at the control group 3,07 while the intervention group 5,14. The average of post test pain at the control group 3,07 while the intervention group 3,07. The results of Wilcoxon test with α = 0.05 in the intervention group had goten value p=0.008. While the result of different test with Mann Whitney U had goten value p < 0,05 to pain. Conclusion: There are different decrease significantly of pain among intervention with control group. |
