| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Prostitusi online merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan Pekerja seks Komersial (PSK) melalui media sosial untuk mempromosikan diri mereka secara bebas dalam bertransaksi, komunikasi dengan seseorang yang ingin menggunakan jasanya. PSK menggunakan aplikasi chat seperti Line atau Whatsapp setelah ada kesepakatan maka disepakati tempat dan waktu bertemu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor–faktor penyebab terjadinya prostitusi online di Banyumas dan untuk mengetahui penanggulangan prostitusi online yang telah dilakukan oleh Polresta Banyumas. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, bersifat deskriptif, Lokasi Penelitian di wilayah hukum Polresta Banyumas. Pengumpulan data primer dengan wawancara, data sekunder studi kepustakaan. Data disajikan dalam bentuk uraian, data di analisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor–faktor penyebab terjadinya prostitusi online di Banyumas yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu faktor yang berasal dari diri wanita itu sendiri antara lain karena rasa frustasi, yang disebabkan oleh kondisi keluarga yang tidak harmonis karena ekonomi yang tidak berkecukupan, serta akibat perceraian sehingga wanita menjadi korban yang rawan terjerumus dalam prostitusi. Faktor eksternal adalah faktor dari luar wanita yang mempengaruhinya untuk melakukan pelacuran, pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan, dan kegagalan kehidupan keluarga atau perceraian. Penanggulangan prostitusi online yang telah dilakukan oleh Polresta Banyumas, yaitu penanggulangan secara preemtif, preventif, represif dan kuratif. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapai Polresta Banyumas dalam penanggulangan prostitusi online adalah dari aspek struktur, substansi, dan kultur. |

Inggris) | Online prostitution is an activity carried out by Commercial Sex Workers (PSK) through social media to promote themselves freely in transactions, communication with someone who wants to use their services. PSK uses chat applications such as Line or Whatsapp after an agreement is reached, a place and time to meet are agreed. This study aims to determine the factors that cause online prostitution in Banyumas and to find out the countermeasures for online prostitution that have been carried out by the Banyumas Police. The research method was carried out using a sociological juridical approach, which is descriptive in nature. The research location is in the jurisdiction of the Banyumas Police. Primary data collection by interviews, secondary data literature study. The data is presented in the form of a description, the data is analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the factors that cause online prostitution in Banyumas are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, namely factors originating from the woman herself, among others, due to frustration caused by disharmonious family conditions due to an inadequate economy, as well as due to divorce so that women become victims who are prone to falling into prostitution. External factors are factors from outside a woman that influence her to commit prostitution, the influence of the social environment, and the failure of family life or divorce. The handling of online prostitution that has been carried out by the Banyumas Police, namely pre-emptive, preventive, repressive and curative countermeasures. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by the Banyumas Police in dealing with online prostitution are from the aspects of structure, substance, and culture. |
