| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Mahasiswa tahun pertama di perguruan tinggi menghadapi perubahan pada lingkungan yang terkadang menimbulkan stresor psikososial. Terdapat mahasiswa yang mampu beradaptasi namun ada juga yang menunjukan rasa malas, menarik diri dan kurang percaya diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stresor psikososial dengan tingkat percaya diri pada mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif , jenis penelitian ini yaitu analitik korelasi dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu 141 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner stresor psikososial dan tingkat percaya diri dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Somers’d. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan 49,6% mahasiswa mengalami stresor psikososial tinggi, 41,8% sedang dan 8,5% ringan. Sedangkan hasil tingkat percaya diri 5,0% pada kategori tinggi, 51,1% sedang dan 44,0% rendah. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000 (p value <0,05) dengan nilai r 0,761 yaitu kekuatan hubungannya sangat kuat. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara stresor psikososial dengan tingkat percaya diri pada mahasiswa tahun pertama Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: First year students in tertiary institutions face changes in the environment that sometimes cause psychosocial stressors. There are students who are able to adapt but there are also those who show a sense of laziness, withdrawal and lack of confidence. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychosocial stressors and the level of self-confidence in students of the Department of Nursing, Jenderal Soedirman University. Methods: This research is a quantitative research, the type of this research is correlation analytic with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 141 students. The instruments used were psychosocial stressor questionnaires and self-confidence levels with data analysis using the Somers'd test. Results: The results showed that 49.6% of students experienced high psychosocial stressors, 41.8% moderate and 8.5% mild. While the results of the 5.0% confidence level in the high category, 51.1% medium and 44.0% low. The results of the analysis obtained a p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05) with an r value of 0.761, namely the strength of the relationship is very strong. Conclusion: There is a relationship between psychosocial stressors and the level of self-confidence in first year students of the Department of Nursing, Jenderal Soedirman University. |
