| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERILAKU PEMELIHARAAN ORGAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI WILAYAH PESISIR DI KECAMATAN BULUSPESANTREN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja putri karena pemeliharaan yang tidak baik dapat menyebabkan keputihan, infeksi organ reproduksi, serta risiko terkena kanker. Remaja di wilayah pesisir cenderung memiliki keterbatasan sumber informasi, dukungan orang tua dan fasilitas kesehatan yang kurang memadai terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemeliharaan organ reproduksi pada remaja putri di wilayah pesisir di Kecamatan Buluspesantren. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu remaja putri di wilayah pesisir di Kecamatan Buluspesantren sebanyak 859 remaja putri dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil : Ada hubungan antara ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana (p-value = 0,049); dan sikap (p-value = 0,012) dengan perilaku pemeliharaan organ reproduksi pada remaja putri di wilayah pesisir di Kecamatan Buluspesantren. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu sikap (p-value = 0,018), dengan Odds Ratio (OR) = 3,004. Kesimpulan : Remaja putri dengan sikap yang positif memiliki kemungkinan 3,004 kali lebih tinggi untuk memiliki perilaku pemeliharaan organ reproduksi yang baik dibandingkan remaja putri dengan sikap yang negatif. Remaja putri perlu mendapatkan informasi pemeliharaan organ reproduksi dari berbagai sumber terpercaya supaya cenderung memiliki sikap positif terhadap perilaku pemeliharaan organ reproduksi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Improper of taking care reproductive organs among adolescents girls can cause vaginal discharge, reproductive organs infection, and the risk of getting cancer. Adolescents in coastal areas tend to have limited sources of information, parental support, and inadequate health facilities related to adolescent reproductive health. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that influence adolescent girls’ behavior of taking care their reproductive organs in the coastal area of Buluspesantren. Methods: This study used quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 859 adolescent girls the coastal area of Buluspesantren with total sample are 96 respondents that was taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Results: There is a relationship between the availability of facilities and infrastructure (p-value = 0.049); and attitude (p-value = 0.012) with the behavior of reproductive organs care among adolescent girls in coastal areas in the District of Buluspesantren. The most influential factor is attitude (p-value = 0,018), with Odds Ratio (OR) = 3.004. Conclusion: Adolescent girls with a positive attitude are 3.004 times higher probability of having a good reproductive organ care behaviors compared to adolescents girls with a negative attitude. Adolescent girls need to get information about the reproductive organs care from various reliable sources. Therefor, they will have tendency to have a positive attitude towards the reproductive organs care. |
