| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berjudul "Pengaruh Software Akuntansi, E-Commerce, dan Mobile Device Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Kota Cirebon". Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2206 pelaku UMKM di Kota Cirebon dengan 500 UMKM yang sudah menggunakan digitalisasi akuntansi dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 100 pelaku UMKM yang dijadikan sampel karena telah memenuhi kriteria yang ada. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner online dengan media google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menguji koefisien determinasi, menggunakan Uji F dan uji T. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Software Akuntansi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kota Cirebon, (2) E-commece memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Cirebon, (3) dan Mobile Device tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Cirebon. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dapat menjelaskan secara empiris mengenai penerimaan teknologi informasi yang berkembang bagi para pelaku UMKM dan diharapkan dapat menjelaskan pentingnya penggunaan informasi akuntansi serta memberikan pelatihan yang meningkatkan pengetahuan UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan, akses layanan keuangan, menggunakan E-Commerce dan Mobile Device sebagai lingkungan pemasaran dan penjualan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is a quantitative study entitled "The Effect of Accounting Software, E-Commerce, and Mobile Devices on the MSMEs Performance in Cirebon City." In this study, the population is 2206 MSME actors in Cirebon City, with 500 MSMEs who have used digitalization of accounting and sampling using purposive sampling techniques, so that 100 MSME actors are sampled because they meet the existing criteria. Data collection using the online questionnaire method with Google Forms The F and T tests are used in this study to test the coefficient of determination using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, the results showed that: (1) accounting software has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs in the city of Cirebon; (2) e-commerce has a positive influence on the performance of SMEs in the city of Cirebon; and (3) mobile devices do not have a positive influence on the performance of SMEs in the city of Cirebon. The implication of this study is that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) can explain empirically the acceptance of information technology that develops for MSMEs, and this study is expected to explain the importance of the use of accounting information also MSMEs to be able to improve the knowledge of MSMEs in managing finance, access to financial services, and the use of e-commerce and mobile devices as a marketing and sales environment so as to improve the performance of MSMEs. |
