| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hipotesis yang diuji adalah Price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio dan dividend patout ratio secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap price to book value. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Price earning ratio memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap price to book value. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan price earning ratio mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan price to book value. 2. Debt to equity ratio memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap price to book value. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai debt to equity ratio mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai price to book value. 3. Dividend payout ratio mampu memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap price to book value. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkatnya nilai dividend payout ratio akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai price to book value. 4. Price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio dan dividend patout ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap price to book value. Hal ini menunjukkan kaberadaan tiga variabel tersebut penting dalam memprediksi price to book value. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa untuk meningkatkan nilai price to book value, perusahaan hendaknya memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi price to book value, diantaranya yaitu price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio dan dividend payout ratio. Perusahaan hendaknya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan cara menggunakan aset, modal serta hutang yang dimiliki dengan cara optimal agar tingkat penjualan dapat meningkat dan berujung pada peningkatan keuntungan perusahaan. Dengan tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh, maka pasar dan calon investor akan tertarik untuk bergabung dengan perusahaan dan pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan harga saham dan price to book value. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The hypothesis being tested are the Price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio and the dividend paid out ratio simultaneous and partially effect on price-to-book value. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that: 1. Price earning ratio had a positive influence on price to book value. This shows that increasing the price earnings ratio was able to give effect to an increase in price to book value. 2. Debt to equity ratio is a positive influence on price to book value. This shows that the increase in the value of debt-to-equity ratio was able to give effect to an increase in the value of price to book value. 3. Dividend payout ratio is able to provide a positive influence on price to book value. It shows that the increasing value of the dividend payout ratio will give effect to an increase in the value of price to book value. 4. Price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend ratio Patout simultaneously influence the price to book value. This shows those three variables are important in predicting the price to book value. The implications of this research that in order to increase the value of price to book value, the company should consider the factors that influence the price to book value, such as the price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio. Companies should improve the performance of the company by using the asset, capital, and debt held by the optimal way in order to increase sales levels and lead to an increase in corporate profits. With the level of profits, the market and potential investors will be attracted to join the company and ultimately to increase the share price and the price to book value. |
