| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal intelektual, penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penggunaan Aplikasi e-commerce juga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, the use of e-commerce applications on the Financial Performance of SMEs in Banyumas Regency. The Respondents in this study amounted to 117 people. The results of the study show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the Financial Performance of SMEs in Banyumas Regency. The use of e-commerce applications also has a positive effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Banyumas Regency. |
