| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui lebih dalam apakah Konten Interaktif dan Postingan Merek berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di social commerce Instagram. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui kuisioner luring dan kuisioner daring (google form). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM Amos. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan Konten Interaktif berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan, Postingan Merek berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan, Keterikatan Pelanggan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan, Keterikatan Pelanggan memediasi pengaruh Konten Interaktif dan Postingan Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze and find out more deeply whether Interactivity Content, and Brand Post affect Customer Loyalty at Social Commerce Instagram. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents. Quantitative descriptive research method through offline questionnaires and online questionnaires (google form). The analysis tool used is SEM Amos. The results of the study concluded that Interactivity Content affects Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty, Brand Post affects Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty, Customer Engagement influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Engagement mediates the effect of Interactivity Content and Brand post on Customer Loyalty. |
