| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecenderungan anak pengusaha ukir kayu di Desa Mulyoharjo, Kecamatan Jepara, Kabupaten Jepara dalam memilih preferensi untuk melanjutkan usaha ukir kayu milik orang tuanya atau tidak dengan melihat variabel independen pendapatan usaha, lama usaha, pendidikan, dan keterampilan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 104 anak dari pengusaha ukir. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel independen pendapatan usaha dan keterampilan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi anak melanjutkan usaha keluarga, sedangkan untuk variabel lama usaha dan pendidikan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap preferensi anak melanjutkan usaha keluarga. (2) variabel independen keterampilan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap preferensi anak melanjutkan usaha keluarga. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the tendency of children of woodcarving entrepreneurs in Mulyoharjo Village, Jepara District, Jepara Regency in choosing whether to continue their parents' woodcarving business or not by looking at the independent variables of business income, length of business, education, and skills. The sample in this study was 104 children of carving entrepreneurs. The analysis of this study uses binary logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the independent variables of business income and skills have a significant effect on the preferences of children to continue the family business, while the variables of length of business and education have no significant effect on the preferences of children to continue the family business. (2) the independent variable skills is the variable that has the most influence on the preferences of children to continue the family business. |
