| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pb mengakibatkan efek yang buruk dalam proses eritropoiesis. Pada daun kelor ditemukan kandungan antioksidan yang berpotensi memproduksi peningkatan sel darah merah. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pemberian berbagai dosis ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam.) terhadap jumlah eritrosit dalam darah tikus Wistar yang terpapar Pb. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian True Experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap menggunakan 48 Rattus norvegicus galur Wistar jantan yang dibagi dalam 4 kelompok. Kp (Kelompok kontrol yang diberikan pajanan Pb asetat 750 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari, tidak diberikan ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor), P1 (Kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan pajanan Pb asetat 750 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari, kemudian diberikan ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor 1.000 mg/kgBB selama 14 hari), P2 (Kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan pajanan Pb asetat 750 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari, kemudian diberikan ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor 1.500 mg/kgBB selama 14 hari), P3 (Kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan pajanan Pb asetat 750 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari, kemudian diberikan ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor 2.000 mg/kgBB selama 14 hari). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji parametrik One Way Anova. Nilai rerata kadar eritrosit terendah hingga tertinggi adalah pada kelompok Kp, P1, P2, P3 dan tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antar tiap kelompok. Pemberian ekstrak etanol 50% daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) dengan berbagai dosis dapat memberikan efek peningkatan kadar jumlah eritrosit dalam darah tikus Wistar yang terpapar Pb secara tidak signifikan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Pb has a negative effect on the process of erythropoiesis. Moringa leaves contain antioxidants that can produce an increase in red blood cells. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the administration of various doses of 50% ethanol extract of Moringa oleifera Lam. leaves on the number of erythrocytes in the blood of Wistar rats exposed to Pb. This study was a True Experimental study with a Completely Randomized Design using 48 male Wistar Rattus norvegicus strains which were divided into 4 groups. Kp (Control group exposed to Pb acetate 750 mg/kg BW for 7 days, not given 50% ethanol extract of Moringa leaves), P1 (Medicine group given Pb acetate exposure to 750 mg/kg BW for 7 days, then given 50% ethanol extract Moringa leaf 1,000 mg/kg for 14 days), P2 (Treatment group exposed to Pb acetate 750 mg/kg for 7 days, then given 50% ethanol extract of Moringa leaves 1,500 mg/kg for 14 days), P3 (The drug group given exposure to Pb acetate 750 mg/kgBB for 7 days, then given 50% ethanol extract of Moringa leaves 2,000 mg/kgBB for 14 days). Data were analyzed using the One Way Anova parametric test. The mean value of the lowest to the highest erythrocyte levels was in the Kp, P1, P2, P3 groups and there was no significant difference between each group. Administration of 50% ethanol extract of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) with various doses had an insignificant effect on increasing the levels of the number of erythrocytes in the blood of Wistar rats exposed to Pb. |
