Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metabolit sekunder jamur entomopatogen isolat Karanggude terhadap mortalitas, daya pakan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan S. frugiperda (lama stadia pertumbuhan, persentase terbentuknya pupa dan imago, fertilitas dan fekunditas), konsentrasi efektif untuk membunuh S. frugiperda. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada tanggal 7 Juni 2021 hingga 12 Agustus 2021. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi yang terdiri dari 0% (K0), 5% (K1), 10% (K2), 15% (K3), 0,5 ml/L insektisida sintetis (K4) dan faktor kedua yaitu metode aplikasi yang terdiri dari penyemprotan larva (R1) dan pencelupan pakan (R2). Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah mortalitas, daya pakan, lama stadia pertumbuhan, persentase terbentuknya pupa dan imago, fekunditas, fertilitas dan konsentrasi efektif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam (Analysis of Variance). Apabila menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Jamur entomopatogen isolat Karanggude teridentifikasi sebagai Aspergillus oryzae. 2). metabolit sekunder jamur entomopatogen A. oryzae konsentrasi 15% dengan metode penyemprotan larva dan metode pencelupan pakan meyebabkan kematian larva 17% serta menurunkan daya pakan sebesar 21,15%. 3) metabolit sekunder jamur entomopatogen A. oryzae konsentrasi 15% menghambat pertumbuhan larva 20,77%, pupa 19,84% dan imago 26,67%, menurunkan jumlah pupa dan imago terbentuk 20% dan 22% serta menurunkan jumlah penetasan telur 28%. 4) metabolit sekunder jamur entomopatogen A. oryzae belum efektif untuk membunuh S. frugiperda. |

Inggris) | This study aimed to determine the effect of secondary metabolites of the entomopathogenic fungus Karanggude isolate on mortality, feed activity, growth and development of S. frugiperda (length of growth stage, proportion of pupa and adult formation, fertility and fecundity), their effective concentration to kill S. frugiperda. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, from June, 7 to August, 12 2021. The study used a randomized block design with two factors. The first factor is the concentration consisting of 0% (K0), 5% (K1), 10% (K2), 15% (K3), 0.5 ml/L synthetic insecticide (K4) and the second factor is the application method consisting of from larvae spraying (R1) and feed immersion (R2). Each treatment was repeated three times. The variables observed were mortality, feeding activity, longevity of growth stadia, percentage of pupa and adult formation, fecundity, fertility and effective concentration. The data obtained from the research results were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (Analysis of Variance). If it shows a significant effect, the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) further test is carried out at a 5% significance level. The results showed that: 1) The entomopathogenic fungi isolated from Karanggude were identified as Aspergillus oryzae, (2) secondary metabolites of A. oryzae entomopathogenic fungi. Concentration of 15% with larvae spraying method and feed immersion method caused 17% mortality of larvae and reduced feed power by 21.15%. 3) Secondary metabolites of A. oryzae entomopathogenic fungi with a concentration of 15% inhibited the growth of 20.77% larvae, 19.84% pupae and 26.67% imago, reduced the number of pupae and imago formed by 20% and 22% and decreased the number of hatching eggs by 28%. 4) secondary metabolites of A. oryzae entomopathogenic fungi have not been effective in killing S. frugiperda. |
