Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui lebih dalam apakah Kualitas Pelayanan, Atmosfer Toko, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Champion Cellular Purwokerto. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui kuisioner luring dan kuisioner daring (google form). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM Amos. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan, Atmosfer toko berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Atmosfer Toko terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aims to analyze and find out more deeply whether Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Customer Satisfaction affect Customer Loyalty at Champion Cellular Purwokerto. The number of samples in this study were 140 respondents. Quantitative descriptive research method through offline questionnaires and online questionnaires (google form). The analysis tool used is SEM Amos. The results of the study concluded that Service Quality affects Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, Store atmosphere influences Customer Satisfaction, but does not affect Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction mediates the effect of Service Quality and Store Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty.
