| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN Zn PADA PUPUK AB MIX TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN GENOTIPE JERUK VARIETAS TERIGAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Zn pada pupuk AB Mix terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman jeruk tetua dan mutan varietas Terigas. Penelitian lapang dilaksanakan di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian dan uji ANR dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan 4 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu penambahan dosis pupuk Zn pada pupuk AB Mix (0 gram, 4 gram, dan 8 gram), dan faktor kedua yaitu genotipe tanaman jeruk (tetua dan mutan). Variabel penelitian yang diamati yaitu pertambahan jumlah cabang, pertambahan panjang tunas, pertambahan jumlah daun, luas daun, LAI, kehijauan daun, dan ANR. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata antar perlakuan yang diujikan, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dosis pupuk Zn 8 gram pada pupuk AB Mix efektif dalam memperbaiki pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman jeruk varietas Terigas baik mutan maupun tetua. Tanaman tetua varietas Terigas lebih baik pertumbuhannya dibandingkan dengan tanaman mutan. Interaksi antara penambahan dosis pupuk Zn dan genotipe tanaman memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap variabel pertambahan panjang tunas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of Zn to AB Mix fertilizer on the growth of the mother plant and mutant citrus varieties of Terigas. Field research was carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture screenhouse and the ANR test was carried out at the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design with two treatment factors and four replication. The first factor was the addition of Zn fertilizer doses to AB Mix fertilizer (0 gram, 4 gram, and 8 gram), and the second factor was the genotype of citrus plants (mother plant and mutants). The research variables observed were the increase in the number of branches, the increase in shoot length, the increase in the number of leaves, leaf area, LAI, leaf greenness, and ANR. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there were significant differences between the treatments tested, then it was continued with the Duncan's Multiple Range Test at an error level of 5%. The results showed that the addition of an 8 gram Zn fertilizer dose to AB Mix fertilizer was effective in improving the vegetative growth of the Terigas variety, both mutants and mother plants. The mother plants of the Terigas variety grew better than the mutant plants. The interaction between the addition of Zn fertilizer doses and plant genotypes had a significant effect on the variable shoot length increase. |
