| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA GURU SD UPK KALIBAGOR KABUPATEN BANYUMAS”. Dalam penelitian ini dihipotesiskan, yaitu : Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja, motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode proportional cluster random sampling dalam penentuan jumlah sampel. Dari 206 orang jumlah guru tetap SD UPK Kalibagor, diambillah 68 orang yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Basically there are various factors that influence the success of education, among others: teachers, students, facilities, environmental education, curriculum. Teachers is a major factor in the educational process. Performance of teachers is something that is very important in creating a quality learning to achieve the goal. Teacher performance is influenced by various factors, among others: the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and motivation. physical work environment and the non-physical as well as enabling the teacher will add to the motivation of the work that will improve the performance of the teacher. Activities teachers in performing their duties can not be separated from their work in the school environment. Decent working environment and enabling an important factor in raising teachers' morale and motivation at work. |
