Indonesia) | PEMENUHAN HAK - HAK TERSANGKA PADA PROSES PENYIDIKAN DALAM KASUS TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DANA BANTUAN SOSIAL DAMPAK COVID 19 DI DESA SOKAWERA CILONGOK (Studi Kasus di Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto) Oleh: Dea Rahmadani E1A018362 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas mengenai studi tentang hak – hak tersangka dalam proses penyidikan yang di lakukan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto dalam kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi Penyimpangan dalam Pengelolaan Dana Program Penciptaan Wira Usaha Baru Dari Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia di Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2020. Dimana apakah jaksa dalam melakukan proses penyidikan telah memenuhi hak – hak tersangka yang di atur dalam KUHAP yang mana terdapat dalam Pasal 50 sampai dengan pasal 68 KUHAP tentang Tersangka dan Terdakwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto telah memenuhi hak – hak tersangka dalam proses penyidikan yang terdapat dalam Pasal 50 sampai dengan Pasal 68 KUHAP dan bagaimana cara pemenuhan hak – hak itu di berikan kepada tersangka.selain itu juga tentang adanya akibat hukum yang dapat terjadi jika hak – hak tersangka tersebut tidak di berikan oleh penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yuridis sosiologis, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh disajikan secara sistematis, dan analisis dilakukan secara analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada proses penyidikan Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto telah memenuhi hak – hak tersangka. |

Inggris) | FULFILLMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF SUSPECTS IN THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS IN THE CASE OF CORRUPTION FUNDS SOCIAL ASSISTANCE IMPACT OF COVID 19 IN SOKAWERA VILLAGE, CILONGOK (Case Study at the Purwokerto District Attorney's Office) By : DEA RAHMADANI E1A018362 ABSTRACT This research discusses the study of the rights of suspects in the investigation process carried out by the Purwokerto District Attorney in the case of Corruption, Irregularities in the Management of New Entrepreneurial Creation Program Funds from the Directorate General of Development of Workplace Placement and Expansion of Job Opportunities, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in Banyumas Regency in 2020. Where did the prosecutor in carrying out the investigation process fulfill the rights of the suspect regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code which are contained in Articles 50 to 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code concerning Suspects and Defendants. This study aims to find out whether the Purwokerto State Prosecutor's Office investigator has fulfilled the suspect's rights in the investigation process contained in Article 50 to Article 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code and how to fulfill these rights given to the suspect. This can happen if the suspect's rights are not granted by the Purwokerto State Prosecutor's Office investigator. The research method used is sociological juridical, with descriptive analytical research specifications. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The data obtained is presented systematically, and the analysis is carried out using qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that during the investigation process, the Purwokerto District Attorney Investigators have fulfilled the rights of the suspect |
