| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keuntungan Peternak Sapi Perah Anggota KUD Cepogo Di Kecamatan Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Rata-rata keuntungan yang didapat oleh peternak sapi perah perah KUD Cepogo di Kecamatan Cepogo sebesar Rp25.302.479/tahun. 2) Variabel umur sapi, biaya obat-obatan, pengalaman dan KUD berpengaruh positif terhadap keuntungan usaha ternak sapi perah, 3) Variabel biaya pakan, biaya tenaga kerja dan modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap keuntungan usaha ternak sapi perah.Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu peternak perlu mengetahui cara mengkombinasikan serta memilih jenis pakan dengan biaya yang terjangkau, peternak harus dapat mengatur porsi kerja manajemen pemeliharaan sapi secara adil antara tenaga kerja dengan peternak, peternak harus menjaga kesehatan sapi dengan baik dengan memberikan obat-obatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi sapi pada saaat itu serta suntik vitamin secara rutin, perlu adanya ketersediaan peralatan serta perlengkapan yang ada di kandang, peternak dituntut untuk menjalankan proses pemeliharaan dengan baik agar sapi dapat dimanfaatkan sampai berada di umur optimal yakni 7 tahun, perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengelolaan usaha ternak sapi perah dengan memanfaatkan keberadaan KUD serta Pemerintah. KUD perlu mengoptimalkan perannya dalam pengembangan usaha ternak serta meningkatkan kemitraan dengan IPS (Industri Pengolah Susu) agar pemasaran susu sapi lebih luas. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study entitled "Analysis of the Factors Affecting Profits of Dairy Cattle Farmers Members of KUD Cepogo in Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out how much profit the farmer gets and what factors affect the profit of the breeder.This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires to respondents. Sampling method using random sampling technique. The sample in this study were dairy farmers who were active members of KUD Cepogo with 83 respondents. The data analysis technique used is profit analysis and multiple linear regression which were processed and tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.The results showed that: 1) The average profit earned by dairy farmers from KUD Cepogo in Cepogo District is IDR 25,302,479/year. 2) The variables of cattle age, cost of medicines, experience and KUD have a positive effect on the profits of the dairy cattle business, 3) The variables of feed costs, labor costs and capital have a negative effect on the profits of the dairy cattle business.The implication of this research is that breeders need to know how to combine and choose types of feed at an affordable cost, breeders must be able to manage the work portion of cattle maintenance management in a fair manner between workers and breeders, breeders must take good care of the health of cattle by providing appropriate medicines with the conditions of the cows at that time and routine vitamin injections, it is necessary to have the availability of equipment and supplies in the stables, breeders are required to carry out the maintenance process properly so that the cows can be used until they are at the optimal age of 7 years, there is a need to increase knowledge and management dairy cattle business by utilizing the existence of KUD and the Government. KUD needs to optimize its role in livestock business development and increase partnerships with IPS (Milk Processing Industry) so that the marketing of cow's milk is wider. |
