| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang:. Kanker payudara merupakan kanker paling mematikan bagi wanita di seluruh dunia. Secara progresif, mortalitas kanker payudara meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan stadium dan tingkat metastasis. Jumlah leukosit, Absolute neutrophil count (ANC), Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) diketahui menjadi penanda inflamasi dan prognostik kanker payudara. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara NLR, leukosit dan ANC dengan stadium kanker payudara di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 59 pasien dengan kanker payudara yang diambil data leukosit, ANC dan NLR melalui instalasi rekam medis dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling periode Januari-Desember 2021. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji chi-square Hasil: Dari 59 subjek, didapatkan rerata usia pasien adalah 52 tahun. Analisis hubungan antara ANC dengan stadium kanker payudara menunjukan secara statistik signifikan (p = 0,027). Sebaliknya, analisis hubungan antara NLR dan leukosit terhadap stadium kanker payudara tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (P=0,153 dan P=0,365) Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara ANC dengan stadium kanker payudaral di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Breast cancer is the deadliest cancer for women worldwide. Progressively, breast cancer mortality increases with the increase in the stage and level of metastasis. Leukocyte count, Absolute neutrophil count (ANC), and Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) are known to be inflammatory and prognostic markers of the growth and developement of breast cancer. Aim : To determine the relationship between NLR, leukocytes, and ANC with breast cancer stage at Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto District General Hospital Methods: This study used observational analytic method with cross-sectional study. The subjects of this study were 59 patients with breast cancer and recorded leucocyte, ANC and NLR data with total sampling method from Januari-Desember 2021. Data was analyzed with Chi-square Results: The result among 59 subjects, the mean age of the patients was 52. Analysis of the correlation between ANC with breast cancer stage showed that statistically significant (,p = 0,027). In contrast, analysis of the relationship between NLR and leukocytes on breast cancer stage did not show significant results (P=0.153 and P=0.365). Conclusions: The reseult showed that there is a relationship between ANC and breast cancer stage in breast cancer patients at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo District General |
