| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi, motivasi sosial, dan tingkat pemahaman mengenai CPA terhadap minat akuntan di Jakarta mengambil CPA dengan menggunakan metode penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh akuntan yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik di Jakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, untuk sampelnya menggunakan metode estimasi interval. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Motivasi karir berpengaruh positif terhadap minat akuntan mengikuti Ujian CPA; (2) motivasi ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat akuntan mengikuti Ujian CPA; (3) motivasi sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat akuntan mengikuti Ujian CPA; (4) tingkat pemahaman tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat akuntan mengikuti Ujian CPA. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat akuntan mengikuti ujian CPA. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of career motivation, economic motivation, social motivation, and the level of understanding of CPA towards the intention of accountants in Jakarta to take CPA using research method quantitative analysis. The population in this study are all accountants in Public Accounting Firms in Jakarta. The data used in this study were primary data, for the sample uses the interval estimation method. The result of this study indicates: (1) Career motivation has a positive effect on the intention of accountants to take the CPA Exam; (2) economic motivation has a positive effect on the intention of accountants to take the CPA Exam; (3) social motivation has a positive effect on the intention of accountants to take CPA Exam; (4) level of understanding has no positive effect on the intention of Accountants to take CPA Exam. The results of this study can be used by The Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants to find out the factors that influence the intention of accountants to take the CPA exam. |
