| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Representasi Monozukuri pada Label Kemasan JIMOTO Pocky (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan representasi monozukuri pada kemasan JIMOTO Pocky sehingga menambah referensi lebih dalam bagaimana menciptakan sajian yang mengundang selera konsumen melalui kemasan dan bagaimana sistem produksi dan pengolahan suatu produk makanan di industri pangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik pilah unsur penentu (PUP) dengan daya pilah referensial untuk mengkaji makna-makna. Sumber data yang didapat berasal dari tiga kemasan JIMOTO Pocky yaitu varian Amaou Ichigo (stroberi), Yubari Meron (melon) dan Shinshu Kyoho (anggur). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan data berupa makna denotatif dan konotatif dari tulisan yang ada di kemasan berjumlah 5 data dan dari gambar berjumlah 3 data, serta mitos dari filosofi monozukuri. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, dikemukakan kesimpulan bahwa representasi monozukuri pada kemasan JIMOTO Pocky merupakah hasil dari sikap cinta dan kebanggan para petani lokal dalam menjaga dan merawat bahan dasar untuk pembuatan JIMOTO Pocky. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled Monozukuri Representation on JIMOTO Pocky Packaging Labels (Roland Barthes Semiotics Analysis). The purpose of this research are to describe the representation of monozukuri on the JIMOTO Pocky packaging so as to add a deeper reference to how to create a dish that attract to consumers' tastes through packaging and how’s the production and process system of a food product in the food industry. This research using a qualitative descriptive method, for data collection techniques using documentation technique and data analysis techniques using the pilah unsur penentu technique (PUP) with referential sorting to examine the meanings. The source of the data obtained came from three JIMOTO Pocky packages, which are Amaou Ichigo (strawberry), Yubari Meron (melon) and Shinshu Kyoho (grape) variants. Based on the results of data analysis, found data in the form of denotative and connotative meanings from the letter on the packaging which has 5 data and 3 data pictures, and myth from monozukuri philosophy. From the results of this analysis, could be concluded that the representation of monozukuri on JIMOTO Pocky packaging is the result of the attitude of love and pride from local farmers in protecting and caring for the basic ingredients to make JIMOTO Pocky. |
