| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ketimpangan pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan bermotor dengan pertambahan ruas jalan tidak mencukupi untuk menampung jumlah kendaraan bermotor. Begitu juga untuk tempat parkir di tepi jalan raya di kota Purwokerto. Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas No 1 tahun 2015 tentang pengelolaan/pemanfaatan tempat parkir tepi jalan umum yang disediakan atau dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah dipungut retribusi dengan nama Retribusi Pelayanan Parkir Tepi Jalan Umum. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut penelitian yang berjudul “Tata Kelola Parkir Pada Jalan Protokol Di kota Purwokerto” Bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tata Kelola Parkir pada Jalan Protokol di Kota Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan mengambil metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dan menggunakan teori berdasarkan United Nation development Program dari sedarmayanti. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan melakukan 10 responden yang merupakan pegawai dari Dinas Perhubungan, Koordinator parkir, dan petugas parkir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola parkir pada jalan protokol di kota Purwokerto sudah di lakukan dengan baik oleh pemerintah yang di atur atau di Kelola oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The imbalance between the growth in the number of motorized vehicles and the increase in road sections is insufficient to accommodate the number of motorized vehicles. Likewise for parking lots on the side of the main road in the city of Purwokerto. Based on Banyumas Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 concerning the management/utilization of public roadside parking lots provided or managed by the Regional Government, a fee is collected under the name Public Roadside Parking Service Retribution. In this regard, the study entitled "Parking Management on Protocol Roads in Purwokerto City" aims to determine Parking Management on Protocol Roads in Purwokerto City. This study used a qualitative method by taking the purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods and using the theory based on the United Nation Development Program from Sedarmayanti. Proof of the hypothesis was carried out by conducting 10 respondents who were employees of the Department of Transportation, parking coordinators and parking attendants. The results of the study show that the management of parking on protocol roads in the city of Purwokerto has been carried out properly by the government which is regulated or managed by the Banyumas District Transportation Office. |
