Indonesia) | ABSTRAK GAMBARAN PERSEPSI KONTROL PERILAKU PERAWAT DALAM DOKUMENTASI ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RSUD BANYUMAS Silvia Batulingas1, Wastu Adi Mulyono2, Eni Rahmawati2 Latar Belakang : Dokumentasi merupakan aspek yang penting. Proses keperawatan sesuai dengan tahapan yang ada yaitu pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi semua langkah harus didokumentasikan dengan baik dan benar. Persepsi kontrol menjadi salah satu dasar perawat dalam mengaplikasikan dokumentasi yang baik. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden serta persepsi kontrol perilaku perawat dalam dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan Metodologi : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimental yang menggunakan jenis data penelitian kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik total sampling, jumlah responden 47 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat Hasil Penelitian : Responden mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan sarjana keperawatan, jenjang karir sebagai perawat klinik 1 (PK 1), peran perawatan mayoritas perawat asosiate, masa kerja mayoritas dibawah 6 tahun dan diatas 10 tahun. Responden memiliki rerata usia 37,19 tahun dengan standar deviasi 7,523 dan nilai median yang diperoleh dari persepsi kontrol perawat terhadap pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi skor nilai hasil yang didapatkan responden mayoritas sudah bisa mengontrol persepsi asuhan keperawatan secara positif dengan hasil median yang di dapatkan skor nilai pengkajian 23,0, skor nilai diagnosis 22,0, skor nilai perencanaan 22,0, skor nilai implementasi 23,0, dan evaluasi 40,0 Kesimpulan : Persepsi kontrol perilaku perawat terhadap pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi di RSUD Banyumas sudah bisa mengontrol persepsi secara positif. Inggris) | ABSTRACT DESCRIPTION OF NURSE BEHAVIOR CONTROL PERCEPTIONS IN NURSING CARE DOCUMENTATION IN BANYUMAS HOSPITAL Silvia Batulingas1, Wastu Adi Mulyono2, Eni Rahmawati2 Background : Documentation is an important aspect. The nursing process is in accordance with the existing stages, namely assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of all steps must be properly and correctly documented. Perception of control is one of the basics of nurses in applying good documentation. Objective : This study aims to identify the characteristics of respondents and perceptions of behavior control of nurses in orphanages Methodology: This type of research is non-experimental research that uses quantitative research data types. Selection of samples with total sampling technique, the number of respondents 47 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately Research Results: The majority of respondents were female, undergraduate nursing education, career path as clinical nurse 1 (PK 1), the majority of nursing roles were associate nurses, the majority of working years were under 6 years and over 10 years. Respondents had an average age of 37.19 years with a standard deviation of 7.523 and the median value obtained from nurses' perceptions of control over assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of the score of the results obtained by the majority of respondents was able to control the perception of nursing care positively with a median result that obtained a score of 23.0 for assessment, 22.0 for diagnosis, 22.0 for planning, 23.0 for implementation, and 40.0 for evaluation Conclusion: Perception control of nurse behavior towards assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation in Banyumas Hospital has been able to control perceptions positively.
