| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini menganalisa dan menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan, kinerja keuangan, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responbility pada perusahaan asuransi yang tercatat di BEI pada kurun waktu 2017-2020. Data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan perusahaan sampel adalah jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. 10 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria sampel dengan metode purposive sampling akan dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan periode penelitian 4 tahun . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, (2) Kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, (3) Perumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study analyzes and explains the relationship between financial performance measures, and company growth on corporate social responsibility in insurance listed on the IDX in the 2017-2020 period. Secondary data that comes from the annual reports of sample companies is the type of data used in this study. 10 companies that have met the sample criteria with purposive sampling method will be sampled in this study with a research period of 4 years. The results of the study: (1) Firm size has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility, (2) financial performance has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility, (3) company growth has no effect on corporate social responsibility activities. |
