| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam kehidupan, salah satunya berperan sebagai penyedia penyedia pangan pokok yaitu padi sebagai bahan baku beras. Kecamatan Kandangserang merupakan salah satu produsen padi di Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan struktur lahan sawah bersekat-sekat dan didominasi jenis tanah vulkanik yaitu latosol. Selain jenis tanah, produksi padi dapat dipengaruhi oleh luas lahan, benih, pupuk, tenaga kerja, dan penggunaan teknologi. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya membuat petani sulit untuk meningkatkan produksi. Hal ini membuat hasil produksi yang rendah sehingga marketable surplus juga rendah atau bahkan tidak ada karena sebagian besar hasil produksi difokuskan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) Menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, benih, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan penggunaan teknologi terhadap produksi padi (2) Menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan harga beras terhadap konsumsi beras (3) Menganalisis marketable surplus beras rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Kandangserang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda berbasis OLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Benih (BN), pupuk (PPK) dan dummy teknologi (DT) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi padi di Kecamatan Kandangserang, Kabupaten Pekalongan sedangkan variabel luas lahan (LL), tenaga kerja (TK), dummy teknologi.tenaga kerja (DT.TK) tidak berpengaruh signifikan (2) Jumlah anggota keluarga (JAK) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi beras rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Kandangserang, Kabupaten Pekalongan sedangkan variabel pendapatan (P) dan harga beras (H) tidak berpengaruh signifikan (3) Marketable surplus beras di Kecamatan Kandangserang yaitu 17.958 kg/mt atau sebesar 46,26 persen. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The agricultural sector is one of the important sectors in life, one of which plays a role as a provider of staple food, namely rice as a raw material for rice. Kandangserang sub-district is one of the rice producers in Pekalongan Regency with a rice field structure that is divided and dominated by volcanic soil types, namely latosol. In addition to soil type, rice production can be affected by land area, seeds, fertilizers, labor, and the use of technology. However, limited resources make it difficult for farmers to increase production. This results in low production yields so that the marketable surplus is also low or even non-existent because most of the production is focused on meeting household consumption needs. The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the effect of land area, seeds, fertilizers, labor and the use of technology on rice production (2) to analyze the effect of income, number of family members, and rice prices on rice consumption (3) to analyze the marketable household surplus of rice. farmers in Kandangserang District. The analysis technique used is OLS-based multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Seed (BN), fertilizer (PPK) and technology dummy (DT) had a significant effect on rice production in Kandangserang District, Pekalongan Regency while the variables of land area (LL), labor (TK), technology dummy.labor (DT.TK) does not have a significant effect (2) The number of family members (JAK) has a significant effect on rice consumption by farmer households in Kandangserang District, Pekalongan Regency while the income variable (P) and rice price (H) have no significant effect (3) Marketable surplus of rice in Kandangserang District is 17,958 kg/mt or 46.26 percent. |
