| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan sebuah program dengan tujuan meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga penerima manfaat melalui akses layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan sosial serta menciptakan perubahan perilaku dan kemandirian keluarga penerima manfaat melalui bantuan program yang diberikan. Kebijakan yang mengatur Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah Permensos Nomor 1 Tahun 2018. Kebijakan tersebut digunakan oleh pemerintah sebagai upaya perlindungan sosial dan percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Semawung Kecamatan Purworejo Kabupaten Purworejo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Di Desa Semawung Kecamatan Purworejo Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Sasaran penelitian ini yaitu Koordinator UPPKH Kecamatan Purworejo, Pendamping PKH Desa Semawung, dan Penerima Manfaat PKH. Pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) belum berjalan dengan optimal dengan indikasi pencapaian tujuan dan pembiayaan yang belum berjalan secara maksimal serta implementasi yang dipengaruhi oleh aparat pelaksana dan kelompok sasaran. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program with the aim of improving the standard of living of beneficiary families through access to health, education and social welfare services as well as creating changes in behavior and independence of beneficiary families through the program assistance provided. The policy that regulates the Family Hope Program (PKH) is Permensos Number 1 of 2018. This policy is used by the government as an effort to social protection and accelerate poverty reduction. The location of this research is in Semawung Village, Purworejo District, Purworejo Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Semawung Village, Purworejo District, Purworejo Regency. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Method. The targets of this research were the UPPKH Coordinator in Purworejo District, PKH Facilitators in Semawung Village, and PKH Beneficiaries. Selection of informants using Purposive Sampling technique while data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) has not run optimally with indications of achievement of goals and financing that have not run optimally and implementation that is influenced by implementing officials and target groups. |
