Indonesia) | ABSTRAK PENGARUH STATUS BEKERJA, PENGETAHUAN, DAN MOTIVASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI TERHADAP PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI KECAMATAN SUMBANG Tri Afrin Nurvia1, Erna Kusuma Wati2, Katri Andini Surijati2 Latar Belakang: Ibu dengan status bekerja memiliki sedikit waktu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif karena harus kembali bekerja setelah cuti melahirkan. Adanya pengetahuan yang baik pada ibu menyusui akan menimbulkan kesadaran ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif. Semakin tinggi motivasi ibu, semakin tinggi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh status bekerja, pengetahuan, dan motivasi pada ibu menyusui terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-September 2022. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang ibu menyusui yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner status ibu bekerja, pengetahuan dan motivasi ibu menyusui dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, uji statistik chi-square, dan uji regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian: Ada pengaruh pengetahuan pada ibu menyusui terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif (p=0,023). Tidak ada pengaruh status bekerja (p=0,077) dan motivasi (p=0,301) pada ibu menyusui terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pengetahuan pada ibu menyusui terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Inggris) | ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORK STATUS, KNOWLEDGE, AND MOTIVATION IN BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS ON EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING IN THE DISTRICT OF SUMBANG Tri Afrin Nurvia 1 , Erna Kusuma Wati 2 , Katri Andini Surijati 2 Background: Mothers with working status have less time to give exclusive breastfeeding because they have to return to work after maternity leave. The existence of good knowledge of breastfeeding mothers raises awareness of mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. The higher the mother's motivation, the higher the exclusive breastfeeding. Destination study this for analyze influence of working status, knowledge, and motivation on mother breastfeeding to exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The research method used a cross-sectional design, carried out in August-September 2022. The research instrument used a of mother with working status, knowledge and motivation questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square statistical test , and logistic regression test. Research Results: There is an effect between knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.023). There was no effect between work status and motivation in breastfeeding mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,301). Conclusion: There is an effect between knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding.
